I am seeking a Mage to craft potions of True Strike. They will need to be in mass quantity. Leave a message pinned to the tree outside the Helmet-Gnome's cave in Amia Forest. //This is correct. You can't metamagic crafted devices. That, and True Strike is a Self-Only spell, that can't be cast on another target (in this case, a blank wand) IIRC. |
