Greetings Adventurers
My name is Calin Katar. I'm currently serving Jarl Wiltun as Liutenant Quartermaster. I've been tasked with seeking those of lawful mind & nature, for postions within' the Jarl-Wardens, a newly forming guard within' wiltun. It is required that all Jarl-Wardens be of Lawful mind first, and not faulter in delivering justice to law breakers. A loyalty to your superiors is also required. Those of chaotic mindset will not be accepted. You must be able to handle any adventurers also, so veteren adventurers are preferred. Men and Woman from all races and walks of life will be considered as long as they meet the requirements stated above. Please apply be leaving messages of interest at the keep addressed to Liutenant Quartmaster Calin Katar. (Pm Me) Join the Jarl-Wardens today! Uphold Law, Order and Peace in the Relam of Jarl Wiltun, and be at ease with the knowledge that you provide stability to the common folk, so they may live out their lives contendely. *In really tiny text at the bottom* All Jarl-Wardens will be tested for a lawful mindset, no men or woman with connections to other groups will be accepted. No men or woman with connections to churchs that appose Jarl Wiltun will be accepted. Lolthites will not be accepted, and Drow may require a sponser to speak up for them. Jarl Wiltun, Jarl-Kapten Dietrich & Liutenant Quartermaster Calin Katar reserve the right to turn down any recruits for any reason. If for any reason a recruit shows hostility towards the people of Wiltun, the Jarldom of Wiltun reserves the right to take any measures they deem nessarcy to stop this. A young woman reads the posting with a hard expression that turns sour as she is bent forward with narrowed, furrowed brows to read the smallest of the writing. She doesn't vocalize her thoughts, but she straightens and leaves afterward with a more severe affect.

A slender figure pauses before the board and reads. With a shake of her head and a rolling of her eyes she begins to walk away but then pauses, recalling suddenly words spoken in a Wharftown bar- with the faintest smirk on her lips and her chin tilted up ever so slightly she pens a reply and tacks it up on the original notice. Then turns, pulling the edge of her hood down further so it shadows her smile.
Quartermaster Katar,
You seem to be presenting a paradox in fine print, sir. The line; 'Percieved (I before E, except after C or when sounding like A, respectfully, by the way) traitors will be killed on sight with no prior hearing.' is inherently chaotic and remains so, even if it is written into 'law'. Without clear guilt or method for determining such, those executions are done on no basis other then suspicion or whim, creating a tightly run chaos, but a chaos none-the-less.

Perhaps where you live you let traitors walk around without a problem, having hearings and what not. Making life a living hell for the common folk of your city. But in Wiltun, we deal with miscreants that would turn against the people of Wiltun, against their Jarl, immediatly. We don't let them cause more deaths or damage. We do what is nessarcy to secure our people.
Perhaps you could learn from us, for unlike many other cities of this area of the realms, Wiltun suffers no trouble. Our people live in peace and order. Under the law of Jarl Wiltun.

Tasirin sees the last sentence, her eyes widen and both eyebrows go up in shock. Then she shakes her head reads it again to make sure she didn't misunderstood it. She leaves Wiltun muttering to herself, suprise in her eyes still. Interesting statement seeing that the Luitenant has not taken any action upon the thieves, preventing the people of Wiltun to even know about them by taking down the warning... A tiefling quietly reads over the notices, crimson eyes flaring with bright ki as she does after seeing several people read the notice over. Not a word spoken, she scowls to herself and attempts to find someone to explain the nature of the letter - A guard if they will, and a passing adventurer otherwise. Grudging so with both though, clearly not happy with her inability to read.

A young woman has a conversation with Calin in the middle of wittun, she presents herself as Chia, Sibylite, and offers her keen eyes and service to the city. She is drapped in very simple yellow robes with a symbol of intricate silver hanging around her neck. To those in the know this is the symbol of savras, to others it is a depiction of an orb with many monstrous eyes. She leaves her name and contact information with Calin.

Finally, after discovering what the intriguing note says, the tiefling hires a scribe to pen her a note which is dutifully handed over to a guard.
