I believe it is either malfunctioning, or I am somehow not using it properly. The wand will not activate a portal while in Cordor. Recently, I discovered that it will also not activate a portal while in Uhm. Portals appear to activate normally in all other locations I have had to conjure them.
Is this a malfunction with the wand, user error, or a leyline-related issue? Additionally, I would like to learn more of the leylines to avoid hazardous situations with portals in the future and I would be obliged to offer compensation for this information.
