A man, garbed in a tatty grey outfit and covered almost completely by a patch-work, worn cape could be spotted watching an eerily pale woman near the temple.

While he doesn't approach her, the occasional questioning glance from the women would appear that they are acquaintances - after each of these however, he leaves and appears in another location a few hours later. Giving the impression to anyone observing him, that he does not wish to be noticed.

He's rather relaxed most times, giving the appearance of someone who's simply standing around with nothing better to do - rather than having some ulterior motive. He's, however, obviously interested when the woman is selling her wares and takes careful note of any customers and their purchases - as best as he can with the distance.
