A series of posters are nailed along the road from Kohlingen to Cordor as well as in the settlement of Underport. All the posters have the same message on them, but the poster outside the Shrine in the Shekat Valley has a dead young cat nailed to it.
Tally now belongs to the Abyss
Her freedom will be granted in exchange for the half-demon child whose whereabouts are known by Vyashir. Furthermore those who return this child back to Zanshibion will be granted whatever they desire.

A silverkin drow reads the note, a frown creasing her face. She really only has one thing to say.
"....Vith."

On one of the notices near the Road to Kohlingen, by the Minmir bridge has a fine script, seemingly burned into the parchment. It reads:
If your master desires what I know, then so be it. The gnome goes free, and I will take her place. I expect to see her alive, and completely unharmed before any exchange is made.
-Vyashir.

Oh Triune...
Ty blanched as he saw the notices, before his expression hardened and his fists tightened.
They will stop at nothing to make sure they can bring their bloody war to the Prime... Tally... We will /not/ allow this to end this way!
And thus Tyl'modaes Mys'shori Zau'lyl snatched one of the notices and gripped it tightly, as he stalked off...

As Milo wanders through the lands of Amia, he happens to come upon the notice. With a few loud and innapropriate words he pulls his hood low and his form erupts into giant golem. He pounds his way back where he came from..

On one of her walks from the forest to the Shrine of Nobanion, Kaci comes to a stop twitching her nose. She follows it to the dead kitten and frowns, carefully taking the animal down.
Afte reading the poster she looks around before heading off to find Jace to help, carefully holding the small bundle of still fur to herself as she pads away.

Mina would see a notice on her recent trips on the road.
"So there is that Tally I keep hearing about."
