Posted on several noticeboards all over Amia is a note, signed by a certain Estreia Jr'eivra, with a black handprint on the bottom.
I need a weaponsmith to craft a pair of cold iron kamas for me. Price is no object; however, keep it in a reasonable range. If you can also enchant said weapons, pay will be increased.

"Will to begin crafting, unless the task is already done. High quality cold iron kama (two) to be completed within day passage. Enchantments possible, must discuss in person. Price to be discussed at exchange.
Underport or Kampo's Storehouse, optimal deal locations.
