In various points around the island of Amia, and even some of the adjacent islands, an older elf bearing the symbol of the Starym upon his cloak stops at various points.

Just outside of Kohlingen.
East of the village of Guldorand, along the coast.
The Sandy Beach area.
Just next to the docks in southern Cordor.
The very tip of the Cape, south of the Lowlands.
Pearldiver's Bay.
Just outside the walls of Uhm.
The area known as the Chute.
The base of the Nexus Falls.
The Outskirts of Bendir Dale.
South of Wrymhold.

The very top of the Monolith.
At the docks of Caraigh.
Outside the walls of the Mill.
Outside the Fortress Wiltun.
The docks of Brogendenstein.
Howeness in Forrstakkr.

At each of these points, unless otherwise interfered with, the sun elf would produce a small, forked twig and whisper an arcane pass, which would then seem to point the end of the "divining rod" in a new direction.

This seems to take place over the course of the next two days, at various points in the day and night.

" 'ey Fella! Ya ain' gone an' gotten a screw loose 'ave ya?"
*Asks a Hin collecting bullet-sized rocks along the roadside in Bendir Dale*

He raises a brow, before chuckling a bit, shaking his head. No more so than a Hin collecting rocks, he adds with a smile.

*Toby chuckles as he picks out another sling appropriate rock before standing up straight and lifting his goggles*
"Fair 'nuff mister! 'ope 'at fancy stick leads ya ta somethin' wonderful... And if no' I bet we can rig 'er up inta some form o' a rock slinger or another!"

Might be that would serve more use, but I still hope for some more promising results, he says somewhat cryptically.

With that, he moves off towards his next destination.

At the nexus falls, a woman clothed in robes of blue and white, sitting cross-legged underneath a water fall, meditates with her eyes closed.

She glances at the elf placing the twig for a brief moment, curious expression on her tan face. She says nothing, however, and returns to her meditation.

The older elf would make no move to disturb the woman's meditations, though he would perhaps give a curious glance upon first spotting her. Aside from that, he would cast his spell and then continue on his way, unless the woman made any more to interact with him directly.

At one point, a copper-scaled dragon kin peeks around a corner, watching the Starym mage as he goes about his business. She seems curious, and follows him for some time, before she eventually runs to catch up with him. She stays with him for a while, going to various locations and chatting about countless topics, before she leaves him again with a quick grin, returning to her own bits of research.
