OOC: Anyone is free to write in here about Rikkudai's matters through the town. DMs and Players Alike.

A tuigan man can be seen travelling throughout the town. His height that barely that of the common populace, his shoulders twice as broad and his face and arms incredibly scarred by the whip, burns, and the sun. On his cloak there is the symbol of Hoar, the Blessed Assuran. A gloved hand holding a coin, with a head facing either way upon its surface.

He travels with a journal and several huge and presumably expensive scrolls of wide parchment. He takes note of seemingly all the buildings in western cordor and those in the south as well. In addition he takes a multitudes of notes around the building located west of the Nomad's Return.

He happily speaks to anyone who talks to him, about any of his current affairs and spends much time speaking to the locals, he takes meals at various establishments throughout the town.

A hooded man, not an uncommon sight in Cordor to be sure, wearing a long black cloak and armor of more darker colors, would notice this new face as the owner walks through Cordor. The watcher's armor and other attire holds no markings upon it, and it would strike someone that his armor was well used yet carefully cared for. Face perpetually hidden, he would likely be standing on the short bridge next to the Pillars of Law in Cordor's square with his hands leaning on the railing.

Seeing this new face to the city, Tyrus would, for curiosity's sake, shift the direction of his eyes to the man. Observing him quietly, and with not a move to indicate he had even placed his attention on anything new in particular, Tyrus would watch for so long as the man was in his sight. Always he worked under the assumption that if you could see someone, and took care to observe them, then likely they saw and were doing the same to you. And so he played the watching game to satisfy his curiosity and giving the appearance that he was simply wasting away some free time. Eventually he would withdraw a book from his pack, straightening so that he could gaze down upon it in seeming thought, turning a page every now and then with a nod. Still, that armored figure on the bridge would covertly watch the newcomer, curious as to what he was doing with the journal and parchment.

It would not be until Tyrus caught sight of the man's Hoarite symbol on his cloak that he would finally close his book and slip it away. Mind thinking already, Tyrus let out a soft sigh and left the bridge, his eyes following the man still as he made his way towards the central section of Cordor. After passing a few buildings deeper into that area, he glanced around and, seeing no one in his general vicinity, slipped into a nearby shadow as he swallowed an invisibility potion. Eyes flicking around again, Tyrus traveled back into Cordor. There he would watch this Hoarite man for a short time, keeping a fair distance from him, and still clinging near those shadows he could find, though still not obviously staring at him. Seeing this man's interest in the vacated Guard barracks, he would start to wonder, ideas already taking flight in his mind.

Aware of the man's watchful eye initially Rikkudai continues about the city checking this and that always returning to the one building. Unsure why he was not being approached then curious as to the mans dissapearance.

Rikkudai takes seat at the Inn, in hopes that the symbol about his cloak has attracted good attentions or rather those foul who seek to pit themselves against the Hammerof the Assuran.

Having noticed that the man returned to the building frequently, Tyrus took a moment to enter the clothing shop and take possession of the dressing room there. Inside, he quickly shed the armor he usually wore and slipped into another set of garments. Emerging this time he glanced around, still hooded as a Hoarite cloak fluttered from his shoulders.

When he left the building, still covered in sight-defying magic, he noted the mysterious figure traveling to the Nomad. Moving round back, Tyrus slipped into a grouping of shadows near the doorway and shook off the effects of the potion before opening the back door. A hood still remained on his head and as he walked into the main area he took no care to be covert. He simply looked for the man and, spotting him readily, Tyrus moved over to the table at which he sat.

Approaching the Hoarite, Tyrus would not seem overly threatening. Care had been taken to stow his large sword in one of his bags along with his shield, though he kept a dagger behind his back still. Perhaps the most threatening thing that would strike someone about him would be the fact that he work dark clothing and a hood, though that was not an uncommon sight either. Feeling in do real danger he would seem calm, though alert, and he stopped at the man's table at a close but respectful distance. With a nod Tyrus murmured in Tuigan to the figure, whom he had readily noticed the signs of tuigan ancestry, "Greetings, brother."

Rikkudai blinks up at the man, his memory foggy of the spoken mother tongue. Being so young when he last heard it. That and the multitude of dialects confused him momentarily. He glances up and notices the mans tension, the words coming to him, "Yes greetings unto you as well brother" He rifts off in rapid tuigan of the high mountain ranges.

"Take a seat and have a drink on my purse" He leans forward waving over the 'tender and tosses a few coins on the table. He notices the mans stance, "Oh son, your weapon won't be needed." he soothes the man.

//Love to continue from here IC if you'll be around in about 20 minutes.
