A note in flowing script is posted on the boards of cities and town alike. Bendir dale, the tower, cordor, to the temples of Lathander, the Grove, the mill, Wiltun, kothigen, and various other places where good folk gather.
This is the festival of light. Details of its purpose will be revealed in a short cerimony at the shrine before a festive celebration of the lengthening of days commences. Dance, food wine, or ale if you like that type of thing will be provied.
Do come to the shrine of Caraigh, and celebrate the herald of spring, for the dawn is a crest just over the horizon.
Zortak, druid of Silvanus.

Nina spots the Bendir sign and comments out loud. "Huh. Caraigh has a shrine? You'd think if they were holding a festival of light they would at least have it at the lighthouse... I mean the building kind of is meant for light afterall."

A certain Simon Penaali sends a missive to Zortak, with a suggestion to hold the Festival of Light during the same time as the other festival Robert of Carais is holding alongside the other druids. He promises to show up would it be a merged party.

Zortak and The baron apparently met. The two celevrations are different from the other. *one based on FR and the other upon Druidic calndar year*
Zortak suggested both be held as one, but the Baron would prefer otherwise.

Belalad notices one of these and pauses for a few moments. Than speaks to himself. Perhaps I should get out, could be fun.

Crow makes a mental note to speak with Thysaeryl about this after receiving an invitation from Zortak.

Notes with flowing script and a message from the druid of caraigh adorn the places where spring is awaited. *Tower, grove, the home of the knights of light, the order, and triad. the mill, bendir dale, and any place the druid would tread un molested. The notes, if read may inspire thoughts imbued upon them, and the meaning of such ignight a fire within ones ow heart. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JL3KG2L- ... re=relatedImbolc is here. *meet at the pass, at the entrance od dormenwood at 9 pm est, where we will then make the pilgrimage to the old shrine. (the pass is the crossroads just after the coast road after taking the fishermans boat to caraigh)*

*Here and there a small figure adorned with stag horns could be seen wherever bees were. She seemed to be in a small candle making frenzy, possibly to gather more for those who did not have any to light themselves.
Or, she truly loved the scent of beeswax?*

The festival completed, and spring on the way, having witnessed the defeat of winter by the green man, Zortak smiles at Eldania in her red dress and offers thanks unto her for the seemingly endless candles. From within the cavern we fade to black as they snuggle into a warm fur to hold back the nights chill, and one another. With the knowledge change, and spring were coming.
*ooc* thank you all who aided in this, the gods on high who helped add flavor atmosphere and life to the event, the folk whom offered prayer, inspiring words, and the warmpth of friendship. To Jack frost, and the green man. and again, to Zorty's 2 wives, who both keep the ship of his balance on course, dispite his best efforts to steer it into the jagged rocks. Velissa, and Eldania.
*ooc* now on to the next thing, fixing the shrine and the grove *winks*
