A simple message seems to have been placed all around the isle of Amia. From Cordor, to Darkhold, to Wiltun, to Electric Castle, even the Abyss holds one of these messages posted on the walls in such an odd fashion, charred at the edges from the heat. Any place that is populated simply speaks of a hooded man in brown robes placing the message up, nothing out of the usual. Any place that does not allow hoods will find the message posted just outside juristiction.

It simply reads one line.

"The Vampire Mortegarde has brung a structure to the skies. This cannot be permitted. It must be brung down."

Strangely enough each message has the outline of a perfectly round circle, an imprint almost. There is nothing else but this circle. Magical investigation reveals it nothing more then an imprint of a circle, possibly the bottom of a bowl or a cup.
