All around the isle and in the Wiltun region, certain notices begin to pop up bearing a magical enchantment that leaves them durable to weather and simple wear and tear. The notices are regularly replaced in various places that are left unguarded for any length of time and the message translates into the native language of the reader upon inspection:  Poster wrote: Worshipers of the Dark Sun Rejoice
A new era is upon us. An era of power unmatched by any in this realm.
The Prince of Lies will once more be feared and hated throughout the lands. Seek the banner of the Black Sun and unite in effort to bring strife and hatred back to this world.
Look for the Dark Sun. I will be waiting.

Any such signs that appear around the Shrine of Eilistraee are collected and burnt, and regular patrol sweeps from it's drow inhabitants are made in the hopes of catching whoever put them up.

Any in Cordor or the surrounding regions are taken down. Some are found later folded into little paper dragons lying around some of the trashcans in the city.

Any and all posters found within the Keep of Lord Arsant Wiltun are regularly disposed of by an armored knight. Guardsmen themselves are informed to continue removing any posters they find and put them where they belong, the trash.
