*Posted on numerous walls around wiltun, and given to the secetary in the keep. All by a figure cloaked in twilight armor, and hooded deeply.*
"Lord Wiltun.
Recently your keep has allowed in a group of drow who have been given rights to set up a shop that sells the skins of other races in your keep. These skins include elven, human, drow and many other races. I know Wiltun is lenenat on such things to promote good commerce all round, however, this group selling the skins of others races is disgusting. It is angering a number of the local community in and around wiltun to have such things on display. It is angering neighbours of Wiltun to have such people allowed to sell such things within' the walls of Wiltun. That Drow are allowed to sell human skins within' the walls of a human city is disgusting, nevermind the Elven and Drow skins also for sale.
I ask you now to offically ban the sale skins of these races within' your keep. Before action is taken by those many effected to remove the Drow themselves.

Lord Arsant:
Allowing the sale and trafficking of elven skins within your jurisdiction is nothing less than reprehensible. What is being sold within your walls by the leave of your own are not battle trophies; but products of acts both sick and twisted.
Many of the Monolith's denizens are Elven, and to continue to allow such to occur within your walls is a moral affront to not only your neighbors, but to all reasonable and sensible folk of the region.
Therefore;
We request formally, and urgently, that you take action and ban the sale of such goods, as well as those selling them from Wiltun.

A note is posted at each entrance to the Keep of Wiltun bearing the noble seal of the Knight of Wiltun. Anyone watching would see a heavily armored and hooded individual posting them at night, it is possible that some familiar with the man may recognize the return of this figure.
To the Council of the Monolith and other concerned parties,
You have my thanks and no doubt the thanks of his Sovereign, Lord Arsant Wiltun, for bringing to the attention of this fortress that the heinous act of selling the skins of other peoples and races, was taking place. Anything that promotes discord and confrontation within my Lord's walls will not be tolerated.
As such, you have my promise that every guard is hereby informed to deny the right for such Drow to sell such "wares" or display them. Any Drow or person found to be disobeying this demand will be made to leave, by force if necessary. Any who dare to take the law into their own hands in His Grace's realm will also share a similar fate.
Respect the authority of our Lord and His Sovereignty in these lands.
