Travelers exploring the isle would find signs posted on trees, cliffaces and other surfaces.
Dearest people of the isle,
We have proven what happens to those who would defy Bane's will in the forest
Such will be the doom of ALL those who impede the Church of Bane, if you continue to prevent our travel we will not show mercy.
This threat extends to the isle entire. Any who have restricted our movement should strongly rethink their decisions, if they wish to keep their lives. The Cordorian Guard and that little council included.

I'll get word out to my people as well but it'd be prudent you an' yours sort out a plan, even if it's to shore up defenses. I'm bringin' a copy of this to Nev as well." Vaelmith murmured to the man before going, dropping off the copy he'd intended for Nev then heading off and fetching a third copy for the attention of his Headmaster.

Gurth folds his arms while coming across the sign on patrol. He then turns to Audrey.
"Dearest people of the isle?" That's a rather poor attempt.
Find out who this is, and bring them to me alive.
He then orders the signs removed whenever they are encountered by members of the Church.

Amidst the din of active labor mills in the Southern District, in preparation for the South Cordor Reconstruction Project, three simple fishermen suddenly announce their early retirements, and each celebrates a nice evening with a round of drinks for everyone in the local pub and a quieter family engagement at home.
When asked about their sudden windfall, they just smile and say that a good catch a few months back finally paid off, and paid well.

Crow comes across one of the notes outside of Bendir Dale, he rips it off the tree, crushes it in his hand and throws it with such force at the ground that it bounces.
"What!? Impede their movements!? Pompous fools! I'm so tired of those blasted idiots impeding MY movements..." He roars to no-one.
The man bends down and retrieves the crumpled note before continuing on to his meeting with the Dwarf, grumbling most of the way.

Annabelle snatches the first notice she comes across off whatever it's posted on and carefully folds it before sticking it in her pocket. Every other notice she comes across is either torn down or, if not the same as the one claiming to falsely be the word of the Dark Imperceptor, she compares the handwriting attempting to locate a match.
