RE: Nathano Darkfire and kin, followers and associates, and Alicera, the She-Devil.
The Living City viewed such treason today as to be digusting. Henceforth, Nathano Darkfire shall be known as the Second Gaul, and he and his kin exiled from this Island.
He, or his kin or followers, shall enjoy no protections of the Law. He is ordered to release his prisoners, who are not enemies of the City and thus may be released as seen fit.
Any whom come to Tarkuul to retrieve these individuals may do so at their discretion provided they attack not a single citizen outside the Temple of Velsharoon's walls.
Decreed by the Voice of the Living City, and put into pen by the Speaker, this day of (insert year).

Reading the notices, a bright figure heads to the Temple, to ensure her friends, and those friends of her mate, are released. Cometer is the first ushered out, followed by any other that fell in the battle in the woods.
Elrien sees to it that all she knows are released, and their injuries treated.

The Temple of Velsharoon's Undead stop no one from claiming a person and escorting them off the island. Should anyone attempt to cast a Control Undead spell to force control, they find that after 1d2 rounds, control is very forcefully and very hostilely ripped away from them, and their previously dominated undead begins to attack them mercilessly.
Members of Nathano's Church/Cult/Organization are barred from entering the Temple and indeed the island itself when possible.
Alicera the Devil is similarly denied access.

Finally!! I knew they were going to far..
*Was the words that were heard coming out from Delarwyn's mouth when she read the notice.* I knew that when word got to Frey that he would stop the chaotic Nathano in his evil deeds.

The only prisoner found in the cells of the Velsharan Temple is the elf Harholli Starsinger. Other prisoners have already been sent away or killed at an earlier time.

Apparently, someone or something have already moved the jar. The jar is no longer in the Temple.
