A wondrous congratulations to Cordor's movement from a monarchy into what you are today. With formalities set aside, I would love to bring about the business in allowing you to be aware I have made my return to the Amian isles after a duration of absence. I would consider myself having a fair affection for the city ever since I saw it built upon the basic foundations of a simple colony. Unsure of the current circumstances . . situations and events unfolding into the nearby area, I would presume to bring formalities, greetings and making you aware of my return first before I would attempt to enter the city to find that I have been forgotten per say, or seen as a hostile.

The overall purpose of this letter is to ensure that if I would love to visit for times, I would be under the affectionate protection of the law just as any other individual in the city. I speak on my own behalf, as I doubt there is anybody left of the old generation to be aware of my past loyal hand in aiding the city when circumstances required help. My own men are buried alongside many in the old graveyards commending those who fell in past wars and instances.

I am Sinqnew Hellian, and I would be asking for not so much protection . . . but a solid proof assurance that when I would pay visits to the city and such, no terrible occurrences or disasters would outpoor from my arrival. I would love to see the changes to the city and how it has prospered since I last have arrived, I am sure you have all done well to build upon the work of your predessors.
