The following letter is sent, and hopefully delivered in hands, to Mayor Keenan.
Mayor Keenan,
I often walk around your lands and I noticed they are inhabited by pigmies, thugs and the ocasional beastmen, ettin and even medusa.
I also noticed that your village, while having a less crowded dock to which merchants can enter your lands, it has only a militia to take care of security.
Granted, Kohlingen and Wharftown are relatively nearby, and so is Winya Ravana. However, unsavory characters could start coming to your village trusting that they will be safe from questions and from there they could spread and reach other places of the island, if they might not dare attempt dominating your village.
I would like to talk to you about the possibility of helping to fortify your village and train your militia.
If we can meet to discuss one such matter, send a note to me at Lemur's Monastery.
