*The following message can be seen scrawled across CordorWatch house in Red paint*
All are Guilty! All will be Judged!
Ad Memorium Quin Goodman.
Ad Memorium Richard Johnson.
- The Phantom of Cordor
*in addition there is a large B.L.A.C.K. emblem painted on the wall.
An ethereal figure clad in all white wearing the face of death skulks away from the scene*

*Rastan, obviously having nothing to do, is once again strolling along the Corodian streets when he spots the message*
....Who the hell is The Phantom of Cordor?]
*Squints* Wait, Quin? Isn't he the imbocile whom kept posting posters all around Cordor? I can't imagine who'd want to remember him.
*Rastan shrugs, and walks away*

*Warrick blinks at the graffiti as he makes his way into work, rather focused*

Lieutenant Tarvencia merely shakes her head, taking time out of her free time after one of her shifts to remove the graffiti and advise the guard at the entry of the Guard House as well as surrounding Guards to be extra aware.

The City Watch has the graffiti removed in double-time.
Likewise, the city watch keeps an eye out for any individuals loitering around the Watch House or Palace; prepared to eliminate the so called 'Terrorist Organization'.
