To those who take notice.

Once seen near the Temple of Waulkeen huddling in her own world humming and splashing in the water in the city square.

Now the gentle hum is heard near the Orphanage, a joyful being small odd skinned, glimmering eyes. Sitting out side the door to her new "home" playing with what ever her curious claws can find. Singing in tattered tongues but in a gentle and sweet voice or humming lullabies.
A close approach would make her pause and tilt her head. If the footsteps quick she would dart inside. If just observed she seems joyful and curious in every action. Giggling at new sensations at her finger tips. Soon one would notice by her strange movements. Perhaps she cannot see to well or perhaps not at all.

If inquired about...

A strange but exotic beauty she bears. A calming joy. Scales of light bronze dot her skin and a light glow radiates from her eyes. And a delicate and charming voice. To those that know the languages would pick up she babbling an a smattering of Celestial and Draconic. With very broken common. The rest is quite unknown.

The Salandrans take note of the new individual in their orphanage. Freak halfbreeds are commonplace on Amia so the Salandrans aren't all phased and neither are the other children.

"I'll think of something once Amia:EE drops."

Sad, yet true, as even a boy of the temple who grew up in the very Orphanage does not dwell nearby it often enough to ever realize the new children.
