The message is also found in Bendir Dale and left with the Gate guards to the Grove in Amia Forest, and in the latter, leaving it to their discretion to weather or not it should be applied to their boards.
A woman who most people have met at least once, and know as Misty wanders around to each place listed and delivers a copy of the message, which in itself is in an easy flowing script, written multiple times in several languages (Drow, Common, Elven, Dwarven, Gnomish, Halfling, Infernal and Celestial) on a large sheet of fine paper.
