A figure could be seen leaving a single notice upon the board in Tarkuul. The figure would be that of a male dragon kin, blue, of either human or elven descent. The notice read the following:
Brothers and sisters, fellow children of Tiamat!
Long have we been disorganized on this island. Since the fall of Wyrmhold have we tried, and tried again to form union and establish ourselves once again. And every time we have failed. In the past, we were the ettin in the room - we were loud, clumsy, foolish creatures that went about openly flaunting our superiority. We believed ourselves to be our draconic ancestors. In our arrogance, we rallied our enemies - of which there are many - and distanced ourselves from potential allies. Why? Because we believed we were superior and that we could stand, alone, at the top of the island. We were fools.
We may be superior, but we are not gods. We are not immortal. We are not invincible. What we are, is scattered and weak, and in the grand scheme of things, powerless to act. This is the price of our past actions. Yet we do not learn from them. We try, again and again to group, and again and again we are the ettin. Our enemies rally and we dispurse. And in their eyes, we are but an annoyance to be brushed aside every few years.
What I propose, brothers and sisters of Tiamat, is that we act with intelligence and wisdom. We have allowed the metallic filth to grow upon this island for too long, and now they have established themselves. They have allied with the city of Kohlingen, which in turn has allies. They have succeeded where we have failed, and we should learn from this as well. For we would be fools yet again not to. I propose that we temper our draconic lusts with our humanoid halves - that we accept we are not our draconic ancestors, and that we accept that we cannot stand alone on this island. We will need allies if we are to rebuild.
I would ask, brothers and sisters, that if you agree with me, you leave your mark and color here. Or, if you prefer, seek me out here, in the Living City.
The first step in establishing union is to know who stands with you.
~Azulneris, Blue Kin

A few moments would pass after the man's departure before a cloaked and hooded figure approached the missive placed along the board. A brief read and notably a few notations being made along his own parchment the figure would simply leave the posted notice as it was for the time being and once more return to his post in silence.

The High Arcanist of Tarkuul would read the notice and nod in approval, while taking out his grimoire and making a few notes of importance. Several minutes later he would towards the Tower of the Damned, commenting out loud.
"They are finally coming to their senses.."

A woman wearing ornate scalemail slowly reads the notice. A woman who on occasions vist's Tarkull her face always hidden the only names he goes by Ember Daughter of the Dragon. She lets out a slow breath before pressing wax and the symbol of her families Signet ring to the notice. The Seal of the Emberblaze Family the rulers and founders of Wyrmhold during its golden age. Then calmly she scribes a short response.
Learn that you are not true dragons and will never be such disciples.
Learn humility by prostrating yourself before great and glorious nature of the true spawn of the Nemesis of the gods!
Know her names both secret and true, Know of her many names and speak them! She is The Nemesis, The Queen of Evil Dragons, The Undying Queen, The Dark Lady. As she should not be named openly least her greedy eyes fall upon your wealth.
Know to give her treasure, above, beyond, before and after Faith, Souls or Blood. Know that to spill blood and inflict pain upon our foes is the reward of victory and the price of war, not something to waste upon an an unholy alter of our lady of greed. Treasures are the sacrifice that proves our piety that her greed might be appeased and her gaze fall upon the wealth of our foes.
Learn of the truths of her mysteries and secrets, of the ways of her shadowed cults and cunning strife.
Learn that she is the Nemesis who exists to oppose gods and mortals that they may fear the price of hypocrisy.
Learn to emulate true dragons, for the Dark Queen possesses all their strengths. Abandon the reckless and idiotic insult of acting like the mindless, arrogant savages of childhood tales so many of you have deluded yourself into thinking are noble wyrms.
Heed this and learn of the Nemesis, heed this and what the daughters of the Dragon offer and perhaps we shall deem you worthy of the hidden secrets and wisdom of the true cult of the Nemesis. -Ember the Daughter of the Dragon.

A blue dragon kin, presumably Azulneris, would be seen checking the notice on occasion for any responses. He took down a couple notes, nodding at the follow-ups. He would then set out to find those that had contacted him wishing to speak.

Draconic words are casually scrawled across the message, a religious pamphlet of sorts left for the faithful.
Call fourth the cult from shadow and silence, call fourth the disciples from languish and loss, call fourth the scaled folk who bask in blood that flows cold. The true heirs of Wyrmholds Crown of Embers stand ready to give on to thee willing agents of the Nemesis our blessings and ways of the true path of Wyrms.
Separate yourself from the arrogance and pride that hath damned you in the past. Know that only she is deserving to indulge in such things her true children are but shadows of her greatness and The Disciples are shadows of her shadows.
When you have gathered the kin and choked down your pride and selfish failings that have cost you your power we shall come to you as our Father and Mother did in the past when the Crown of Embers stood as a symbol of the golden age of Wyrmhold!

One particularly jolly looking red-kin would spot the note, on one of his trips-of-curiosity to Tarkuul, and hastily make a copy of the note. Then, after longer moments of consideration he pins a short note of his own.
My curiosity tingles.

*a particular Red-kin would stop by the notices and spit with distaste at Vorel'isk's response* Yes, you who knows how to show you're worthy by acting like a cat in heat around every male you encounter, that is not the true heritage of the mighty red who embodies the perfection and all the aspects of what a dragon should be.
*she looks at the rest of the replies and sneers at the Emberblazes' response, but does not comment, instead she simply leaves a short reply to Azulneris* I am interested in your ideas, for we are of like mind in some ways it seems, though the kin I know are not interested in those unworthy of their blood, and I know many.

An amused voice comes from behind her, from the Living Guard initiate in full plate.
"Yet, I'm the one with the redkin, and you're still being "perfect" all alone.
Tsk. Awwww."
With that, Vorel saunters away, laughing melodically.

Grim takes the time to read the popular notice in silence. Typical of him he simply nods politely to anyone passing by and soon returns to his office.

Garbed in her guise as the daughter of the Dragon Akantha read the notes and pauses before decided to add a bit of wisdom. "Personal differences and pettiness have cost the faithful before, those who wish a better place on this island must hold service to the Nemesis first and service to themselves second. Look upon this land and the many who attack chromatic disciples on sight and spit upon the dragons that they should respect and fear. Infighting, drama and childish squabbles have all cost us dearly in the past. As the Nemesis teaches, Strength among our own and Strife among our enemies. Save the flame, frost acid or thunder in your heart for the ones who drive you into the shadows and strike at you as if you were wild dogs!"-Heiress to the Crown of Embers. With a sigh she mused that reforging the cult of the Nemesis would be no easy task, the possible converts were a disparate lot who had in the years since the fall of Wyrmhold become progressively more hated and hunted on Amia. Perhaps it was in this scorn from others that unity could be found as was often the case of the Nemesis. A soft insidious chuckle followed an idea starting to form in the daughter of the Dragons mind. viewtopic.php?f=53&t=70109

Silently observing the pair of red-kin and listening keenly to their words the Enforcer simply remained at his post, but notably he seemed rather keen upon the actions and baited words of the initiate.

Eir would drop by Tarkuul more often thse days, checking over the notice (and those that had followed it) and copying down random bits of interest. He'd never stay, though he would add to his original note when he realized an error of his.

The blue kin would wander by his posting again, sticking up another to add to the first. He was both pleased and displeased with how things had been progressing.
I greet you again, brothers and sisters. The past days have been busy and productive. Some of you, I have had the pleasure of meeting. Others, I have yet to meet.
I can see the ego beginning to flare amongst some of us, and I would give another reminder - we cannot afford to bicker and fight one another out of pettiness and spite. We do not have the numbers, or the luxury, to reject one of our kin simply because we do not agree with them or because we do not like them. However, I do not expect all of us to get along; I do not expect all of us to like each other. But I do expect us all to work together, in a civil manner, toward a common goal, for all of our best interests. And I expect us to not seek to undermine the chance for unity amongst the kin.
Of course, those that cannot be made to understand reason, and those that cannot behave in a civilized manner befitting our noble bloodlines, will have to be dealt with in one form or another. But our petty differences must be put aside - we will need all of our civilized kin if we are to pull ourselves out from under the proverbial boot we have been squashed under. We must stand together in the face of those that would stand to oppress us. To borrow a human euphemism, "We must all hang together, for we will surely hang separately."
And by working together, we will be able to rise once again. It will be a long road, a difficult road, and it will take much time. You all know this to be true. But when have we turned from a challenge or a fight? The island challenges us now - it threatens to forget us, or even worse, it threatens to name us egotistical fools and laugh at us. I say we meet the challenge, that we build a lasting legacy that will stand against the tests of time and of this island, and that we do so in a manner that would please our Dark Queen.

*An old letter is removed and replaced with an updated one* Greetings kin,
It is good to see a city accepting my Chromatic kin as Kohlingen has accepted my Metallic ones. You do well for yourselves and honor your heritage through your integration to non-Draconic society. Your efforts pave the way for acceptance and prosperity for all kin.
Many of you sound like Disciples. Remember as you grow in your dedication to your heritage, and to Tiamat, to be proud of who and what you are but not to the point of ignorance, or worse, arrogance. The most important part of your path is to keep your heads and your wits about you. Be useful to others and your community will undoubtably thrive.
Know peace where you dwell.
Walking forever the Ninefold Path,

The note once placed by Eir has been removed by him again. Presumably he had his talk with Azulneris, and found his own note a tad rude, even if in jest, to keep its place on the board.

[A five feet tall drow can be soon reading the posts over. She is clothed in black with green trim, and carries a longsword in a scabbard on her back. She would be hooded all the time, and looks around suspiciously at anyone that would be present. She leaves the scene for a brief time before returning to the post, and putting up a note of her own]
The headline of the post is not a headline, but a drawing of a dragon being impaled by a sword. The dragon is struggling and whailing as it is forced to the ground, and the sword is enormous considering the size of a dragon, and it looks like the dragon is the size of rat being pierced by a normal sword. Beneath the drawing words are written:
3 of your dragon heirs have fallen to my blade, and I will make it more as I see necessary.
Yours,

Though nothing is removed yet, the Speaker's note is written somewhat tensely:

The High Arcanist looks over the wolf's head emblem and chuckles, commenting to himself..
"As if not signing the notice could stop the divinations and finding out who wrote this."
The wizard detached the threatening notice and headed towards the Tower of the Damned.

[Below the yours, a there was a drawing of wolf's head, facing the readers] A copy of the threat is made and a polite letter written in response to be given the writer should they come back to Tarkull for whatever reason. Dear nameless writer, thank you kindly for weeding the weak and unsubtle chafe that infects the dragonblooded who venerate the Nemesis of the gods upon this island. You have saved me a great deal of personal time in teaching a very important lesson to those who think that we should act openly, freely and honestly. Such blatancy in dragon kin and kind is insulting to Orthodox Unthric Tiamatism. So on behalf of the true faith keep up the good work. -One of the Daughters of the Dragon, Heiress of Wymhold.

One day you'll notice that this has been done and tried before, it will be done and tried again, and it never works. What is the reason for it never working? Because we don't get along, with outsiders nor among our own. Keep building this house of cards, the higher you build it, the funnier it will be when it crumbles.

Sadly, Grim, my idiot of a father is right. We of the same blood can barely tolerate each other. Putting gatherings of our different bloods in one place is pretty much asking for trouble. There are several reasons for this.
1.) Most Chromatic Disciples Are Morons. While the metallic filth is pulling in paladins and nobles, who stress unity and peace, who actively work together, who are smarter than a bowl of corn flakes, we seem to pull together the dregs of society. They're stupid -before- they become disciples, and that never changes. (Odd, in my opinion, since dragons are massively more intelligent than mortal people and thus we also strive to become more intelligent.)
2.) Most Chromatic Disciples are Chromatic. I know, right? But seriously, we are taught by our very blood to ruthlessly defend what we are, even amongst other Chromatics. Reds, obviously, are the BEST EVER. Unless you ask a green, white, blue, or black. (I accept that they're wrong and roll with it. We're still the best.)
3.) Most Chromatic Disciples Are In It For The Bloodshed. Again. Seems fairly obvious. But the fact is that a massive number of people unlock the blood we share to simply make themselves more fearsome in battle. They wander the roads of Amia, acting like assholes and getting banned hither and yon. I watch them, quietly, and a part of me (probably my pride) weeps at their actions. They forget the sheer nobility of the creatures we stem from, their grace, the fact that trying to rule over humans is like trying to rule an ant's nest. You can, but who cares? This also relates to Point One.
4.) Lastly, Most Chromatic Disciples Forget That They Are, In Fact, DISCIPLES. We are not dragons. We are, at the very LEAST, three-quarters or more human/hin/elf/troll/whatever. Too many of our kin are so eager to embrace their blood that they forget that the vast majority of them is still not-dragon. You don't get the luxury of being the size of a small fortress. You still have to live in mortal society, and act by the rules of same. This is -why- our kin rampage through civilized areas and act like neither dragon nor mortal, but like rabid dogs. Also, again, see Point One. Stupid people, giving in to their ancestor's instincts without any of the perks that go with it. Yes. Let me PLEASE sit around a table with these people and discuss how WE are going to do anything. While I'm dodging cups and chairs, and not getting anything done, we can reminisce about how this was such a grand idea.
And one more point, but not about Chromatics. Well, kind of about Chromatics, but not really.
5.) Amia is disproportionately Good Guys, and Good Guys don't like us. Kohlingen is huge, and all the people who come to it are paladins, clerics, magi, knights. They aren't drawing in fishmongers and housewives. Cordor is safe, for now, but non-humans (like us) are being run out more by the day. Anywhere you go, if Chromatics aren't already banned, you're on the doorstep of someone who will pull a massive army out of their backside, and remind you why they don't like you. Makes the whole "Getting in and taking over" a bit daunting, since we very obviously ARE what we are. I can't hide it and say I'm anything but what I am.
So yes, getting together and having tea would be lovely. Perhaps there is someone more adept than I at deducing what we can and can't do. I won't write that off. I haven't yet found them. What I've found is people that stay here, and I don't blame them for it a bit. It's safe here. However, none of that changes that there is very little we, as a group, can accomplish anymore. The idiots of the first Flight saw to that. Their mistake was their final failure.
Sincerely, and with carefully held hope,
Vorel'isk Shaji Red-kin

That said, the bans and endless witch hunts on us tire me as of late. As a servant of Tiamat, Amia's history saddens me.

Then, in all the best intentions, I advise you make Tarkuul your home, or stay in Cordor or Wiltun and -absolutely- be on your best behaviour. Those places are at least tolerant and Tarkuul is welcoming. Wiltun doesn't give a damn who or what you are so long as you abide their laws. If someone there tries to pick a fight with you over your blood, simply sashay right up to the nearest Jarl-Warden and stand by them. It'll take care of all your problems. Just do not rise to the bait.

I never questioned the truth of the previous posters statement. I simply reminded him to keep things civil. Now your writings are to long to warrant a reply on this message board but I will remind you regarding point number five; Look around you halfblood. The living city still stands.
I would rather discuss these points in person than on here.

Quote: "Honoured Descendents,
I have observed your public statements for some time and have noted the strong defiance each and every one of thee possess. There is power in such defiance, strength in such fury and vindication in the hatred you bare for those who mercilessly hunt you down.
But, such traits are individualistic in their demeanour: a single water reed if you will to be snapped in one's hand. However... many reeds held in one hand do not snap so easily, if only there is a bond to keep them like so.
You have never lacked the strength, descendents of the Great Wyrms. You merely lack the purpose with which to direct such strength. The Flight laid Benwick to ashes because they had set out to do so with conviction. All you need to do is find that conviction to achieve that realistic purpose you desire.
Regards,
Your humble watcher." Included on the back of the letter is a return address if one wished to send replies.

*A man clad in white robe and a shepards staff. Accompanied by a goblin that refered to him as "Master" might be seen looking over the notice board, taking some notes. Before long, he takes out his portal wand and departs hastily.*

A kobold by the name of Tanzekrin Darastrixsjach is seen in the city o Tarkuul. Claiming to have witnessed the fall of Wyrmhold itself, he also claims to be seeking out Chromatic kin for a special project.

Hearing of a living witness of the Wyrmfall, the High Arcanists takes interest in the creature, leaving a note for the kobold to pay Lucius a visit in his office at his convenience.

Returning after a hiatus the Daughter of the dragon paused to read the slew of notices, reports and retorts. After some thought she slow scrawled out a few words in common.
My father did not set out to build a place where only dragon kin ruled. History may have twisted his intentions but I speak now of my father and the truth. Wyrmhold was meant to be a home for the outcasts, the misfits the people labeled as wicked, vile and wrong by the mainstream society of Amia. Tarkull is the true successor to that dream.
The prince of Wyrms, my father, King Drak'law Emberblaze did not call the Dark Flight simply to enforce the will of Tiamat. He called them with the Crown of Embers that they would grant his kingdom a weapon powerful enough to secure its future. The fall of the flight, the fall of Wyrmhold all occurred after King Drak'law and Queen Layla left it to others to maintain.
Time and time again we have attempted to unite the faithful of Tiamat and others who revere dragons, time and again the petty selfishness of the few have shattered the dream of uniting the agents of the Nemesis and they who would stand with her. What our father gave you can never be again, it is in the past a past that many who seek it did not even truly live. A past they have no right to obsesses over avenging the loss of.
As the Heir of Wyrmhold, daughter of the Prince of Wyrms and devout worshiper of the Nemesis I ask you not to revive Wyrmhold, nor hold the Dark Flight in Awe for failures and betrayers deserve little regard.
The Wyrmshadow prophecy has come and gone. Wyrmhold has come and gone. Do not let go of our past or our revenge but remember to move forward least extinction be our fate. Know also that king Drak'law yet thinks of his lost kingdom its subjects and wishes you prosperity and strength among you and your kin. The Crown of Embers will forever be ours and the memory of Wyrmhold will never die even as a new future and new opportunity for wealth and power rise with each dawn
Below the reply as often was the case in the Daughters notices could be seen a seal in red wax its image a red dragon leaping skyward from a pool of blazing flames. The Heraldry Symbol of the Emberblaze Family.

Several flyers are posted in the Ghostly Kraken of Tarkuul, and around the main market of Underport. All are written in elaborately scribed draconic runes.
"I am Tanzekrin Darastrixsjach. Since the days of Wyrmfall, those of true chromatic blood have lived an oppressed and scattered existane. Beheld as outcasts and monsters, and hunted by the overwhelming power of Bahamut's agents on Amia. Even now, the Platinum Betrayer spreads his wings and seeks to consolidate his control over Amia through his earthly agents, The city of Kohlingen. If nothing is done, our kind may very will be wiped from this island by these crusading templars. If you are of chromatic blood, seek me out. I have a plan that could mean our salvation, but I cannot do it alone. Together, with the power of our blood, we can overcome and create a new safe haven for our kind to live without fear of persecution at the hands of Bahamut's agents."

A dark-green robed wizard can be seen reading the notice board and lingering near it, pondering for a while. After that he is looking around, seeking someone from the notice board, to discuss the events more closely. After failing this, he leaves a notice of his own.
I am a scholar focused on dragons and their customs, and I am very much willing to learn from you and share my knowledge. I am looking forward to meeting those of the Chromatic kin, please contact me at your convenience.

If you lot are still interested in doing some harm to the platinum hypocrite who stole Io's love from his darling daughter and damaging the hearts and souls of Marduks sycophants contact me because I've come back and intend to stay on Amia for a more definite amount of time. -Ember, Princess of Wyrmhold.
