The parchment is dark in color, hand-written in black ink.

If you are interested in contributing to a lecture pertaining to the importance of knowledge and its distribution, drop off a note within the library addressed to Madrik Street and how to contact you.

I would like to speak with you in person if possible. I can be located at the Courtyard or at the League of Travellers mostly.

Sincerely,

Dear mister Street,

The Orthodox Church of Oghma and the Commonwealth Library are most interested in your proposal. I regret that it is impossible for me to contribute personally at this time, but any financial or bureaucratic aid I can offer is at your disposal.

Joon of the Binder,
Wise Anticipator of the Orthodox Church of Oghma
Consultant Curator of the Commonwealth Library

His pressing assignments have been completed. A small stack of papers were straightened, then gently placed near the desk's edge. Madrik turned his helm toward a back corner and pulled toward him the small compilation of missives collected concerning the lecture. He spread them out over his desk and looked them over. He ignored and placed aside the two that request personal interaction for the moment, making note of who they are and where they are to be found. He replied to the next addressed to one "X.A.S." requesting his contribution. Madrik then quirked his brow at the final note by Joon of the Binder.

He read the parchment twice, then grunted as he dropped the missive with a short toss. He then stood, weary of sitting. His gloved hands held onto the desk's edge as he leaned over with a hanging head and his hips fall to the left. Madrik grunted again, then sat down, dipped his pen in the odd solution on a far corner of his desk and quickly wrote his reply to Joon the Binder.

"Wise Anticipator,

Whilst your support is bowed and noted, little funding is required for this practice of Oghma's command. If you do not wish to contribute your own perspective, then I would take it as a kindness if you aided the lecture's promotion. I hope it to lead to more in the future by more speakers than myself alone. Merely mention its reality as its location is still pending, despite offers I have received.

--Madrik Street"

A blonde elf would take notice of this posting in Triumvir, his eyes would linger on the name for a few moments before heading towards the Twilight Stage.
