*Coming in by ship a winged and blue scaled female bearing a swaddled bundle and checking in for a short term stay while she visits the island from her travels. Its obvious the woman is a blue dragon blood, and a sorceress. She seems oddly cheerful and has lively glint in her eyes. The little swaddled bundle she never separates herself from bears a stunning resemblance, mind the lack of scales of course. occasionally the woman departs for short walks or head off to visit family, even entrusting the baby to the care of the temple. Always returning and one swears she almost dances with every step. Even a bit of laughter might be heard. A closer observation might reveal a certain darker glint in her gaze, its not hidden, perhaps she wouldn't care, but its obvious there is something serious behind the purpose of her stay. However long or short it may end up being.*
