Below you see a notice in the form of a poster or sign with a picture of a Red Dragon sitting upon its hoard before the initial message.
*A mission statement summarizing the goals of this particular group are clearly written in the following paragraph* The Red Dragon Mercenary Company is recruiting individuals who are interested in earning wealth and power. We will be attempting to establish a Military force willing to act as such for any and all at reasonable rates. We are also interested in forming a small branch of merchants who will conduct an unbiased trade without compromising the client's identity and welfare. We are not in any way related to Chromatic Kin and will not deal in slave marketing, no matter what is said or what the offer. If you are interested inquire at Kampo's Storehouse, Tarkuul or Zanshibon about the job offer by leaving a message for us((OOC: Basically just PM me or leave a message below)). We accept anyone but will not guarantee our goals as being "beneficial" or even particularly "malicious" despite the disposition of the people involved.
After the following paragraph you can see a clear list of rates and prices with a notice beforehand:
Any and all deals made will be absolute, signed in a contract with my own men leaving their print in blood to signify that they will not betray you. In doing so, you will swear not to betray them. Betrayal for either side will be at risk of pain of death as we will take pride in our loyalty to you..
Bodyguarding - Estimated price of 10,000-200,000 gold per individual hired depending on the job and length of time where such will be required.
Warfare - For when you require an acting military body. Typically anywhere between 60,000 gold and 600,000 gold per individual hired, depending on the length of time you will require our services and the particular faction you are currently requiring our assistance against.
Escort - A particularly simple job where one person will be hired at a static rate of 20,000 - 40,000 gold to guard and maintain someone for a particular length of time (Be it someone you care about or just yourself). The particular individual will be handpicked by Isaac Darkheart to ensure that a capable individual is picked for such a delicate job.
Monster Slaying - Typically the cheapest on this list and a job I may often give to outsiders to offer work to those in need of such. You have one of us go somewhere, slay a creature or group of creatures and simply compensate us by giving us a share of loot or a sum of gold depending on the job in question.
Other jobs - Sometimes other jobs are viable and slip my mind as possibilities, but perhaps a deal can be worked out to set up an arrangement.

He would tack up a small note to reply.
I wonder if you are looking for a partnership with somebody of my expertise with the shadows.
