Citizens and Officials of TarkuulI will be conducting a census and survey soon to see whom has remained with us since the war and those who have chosen to leave. I will also be seeing what trades and professions are prevalent among you to see what best we can do to have you gainfully employed.

While I will be hiring census workers, those of you who wish to make my task simpler may pick up a census form in the infirmary in the Court of the Living and mail it to my office.
