To those whom it may concern,I seek audience with those most relevant and of status within Tarkuul in moderately short order. Namely the chief magistrate, and those High Arcanist(s) whom may desire to take an involvement.

It is within my interests to express that this message is to be handled for face value for the time -- as solely within my personal regards, and yet it is also within a good purpose to make it clear that discussion will be one of diplomatic nature.

I believe it's important to be clear that as many as felt necessary may preside over this audience, but it and the matters addressed should be kept within confidence to all but myself, those whom study within your conclave, and The Voice; for no other entities require/will objectively have immediate knowledge of it, and no others will benefit from the security of observing the exchange.
