All those currently harboring the infection known as the "Quintessence" are hereby barred entry to the Living City. We have tried to give the afflicted individuals every opportunity to study their condition and grow in Knowledge and Power, but it has come to the point where the pure virulence of the substance is a threat to the health and safety to the citizens that have no desire to pursue that particular path. I regret this decision, but the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. I can be reached in the Speaker's office for any questions, and we look forward to the return of these individuals once a cure is found.

Where he is now is anyone's guess but he's no longer seen in Tarkuul as per the Castellan's decree.*

Centurion Asya can be seen packing up her research notes and emptying her chambers before disappearing from the city through the gate to the lowland swamps.

Iim'mur'ss had agreed and left the city before the notice was even posted. However, several hours later some would see the Castellan carrying her dead and desiccated body from the castle into the Temple of Shadow.
