Notices would find their way to Tarkuul, Underport, Kampos and Cordor.

In the wake of the Amnish invasion and the toppling of the Arcanum and Colin Reyes, it becomes all the more apparent that the city-states and towns of Amia must be held to a higher standard of honor and cohesion, so that the mistakes of the past are not repeated once more. Nowhere is this more important than in Tarkuul itself. As one of the last bastions of the Netherese legacy, it falls to us to set the example of the proper use of arcane might, and to show the world that the folly of corruption and hubris demonstrated by the Arcanum Apocalyptica can be averted and learned from. To facilitate this transition, I have been charged with the rebirth of the Sentinel Order of Onyxtarashmus, so that the noble spirits of the past that have dutifully defended the Enclave through the throes of war and rebuilding, might finally seek their rest.

The Sentinels are no mere warriors, but rather the knights and custodians of Castle Tarkuul and the new, flourishing citizenry of the Enclave. Trained not only as the most lethal of swordsmen, a true Sentinel is skilled in the gentle arts of life itself. They are expected to be honorable, diplomatic, faithful and sensitive to the needs and desires of the Enclave's citizens. They serve as the stewards and caretakers of the Enclave and Tark's Vision, guiding and protecting all those that seek freedom and the knowledge to unlock their true potential. In return for this dedication, the Sentinels are offered all the respect and luxuries the city might offer, as well as a brotherhood standing ready to see each Sentinel flourish in their own journey.

Any who thinks they have what it takes to usher Tarkuul into the next stage of its history are welcome to seek me or my lieutenants out. Training for all that heed the call begins immediately, but only the best can earn their cloak and title.

~Castellan Luca Severin

Strangely, knights, soldiers and militia that showed uncommon bravery, discipline and skill in the Battle for Cordor would receive a personal invitation to join the training, and a copy of the letter. This is regardless of their race, creed, or military they actually participated with. Most are delivered by paid courier, but those notables in the Living Guard or Cordor West have them appear magically.
