Gerald looked nervous about what he was going to try to do. He knew what contingiencies were in place, but he didn't know how well they worked for what he wanted to try. He'd ridden a horse plenty of times, but this was much different from a horse...
"Onyxtarashmus, bring me one of the wyverns." he said in a clear tone of voice.
And astonishingly, what appeared to be a wyvern began to approach him from... he wasn't entirely sure where it was before he could see it, only that it was in front of him now. As it came closer its undead nature Became apparent, and began fitting it with an old riding saddle he'd used for a horse before coming to amia. He figured he'd never use it again since horses were somewhat near impossible to find, but the wyvern would be able to function with this for now.
He didn't intend to do much with the wyvern anyway, at least not yet. For now he just needed to get accustomed to the way it felt, walk it around some on the ground before he could go any further. It would be a bumpy ride, but hopefully it would work.
