Come learn about Halarahh in all its worldly splendor including the history of the capital, the modern culture of magic, industry and festivities, faith and arts, home life, political climate, and government overview. This is a general interest lecture open to anyone who can come to Tarkuul and is free. There will be no demonstrations of magic at this event.
