I would like to take a moment to apologise publicly to Cecilia. I embarrassed her and should have attended private matters in a more professional venue, and with a more professional mien. Cecilia, it is my hope we can put the past to rest and move ahead with making the city what it is intended to be; great, and beyond the mortal ken for knowledge.
