A note is plastered atop the notice board in the Castle it reads the following in bold and is in the Captain's writing.

" Lilith Morel Marfedelom is hereby issued a two week ban from the City of Tarkuul for violating the Third Law. All active guards are to be aware of a woman in white armour with pale snow hair, baring a pair of white draconic wings. Should she be found inside the City walls she is to be detained with civility if possible, there she will be held until further decision is made. "

While reading the notice board Zacharion realises the description fits a person he has met before. Giving of a slight smirk and shaking his head as he walks away.

I have, in my possession knowledge pertaining to the Cult of the Dragon. I am sure that your wizards here are well versed in such rituals....however, i would offer my knowledge and skill for experiments pertaining to the Cult. Also, if allowed entrance i would extend a servitude of six months as penance in whatever fashion deemed worthy or necessary.
