A man in shined armor laced with obsidian tinting has begun making regular visits to Tarkuul, sticking around for more than a few hours and sometimes even stays for a day, often going to the library or simply standing outside and conversing with a wirey, stealthy and cloaked individual. He wears a cloak with an insignia resembling a horned black dragon curled around a sword and is usually accompanied by an Erinyes during his visits. |

This man would probably encounter a red haired, armor clad woman in the library. She would be having a rather lively whispered conversation with another woman dressed in black with a whip at her hip. The pair of them would be complete opposites it would seem. One quite lovely, young and very much alive. The other older, paler and probably very much undead. It would be the lively red head who would pause the conversation to give the man a smile and if he gave her any notice offer to assist him should he need it. |

He greeted her in a friendly and well mannered way "Good day and very well, should you need an extra blade or help with anything, just seek me out. I am Bastian, Miss." And with that he took his leave from the library and city, clearly having some sort of agenda. |
