*A young devilkin dressed in regal finery with a pair of wings protruding from his back approaches the gates of Tarkuul and comes to a halt outside its borders, those who know him would recognize him as Draco Bloodcloak; the Banite wizard. Looking to the guards for a moment then up to the sky as he speaks* All powerful and all knowing Voice of Tarkuul, *pauses a moment* I’ve come to humbly request entry within your walls once more, that I may drink of your knowledge and in turn add my own to your library. I no longer have any affiliation with the Church of Bane nor do I pay homage to their god, I seek only to further my knowledge if you would allow it. |

A young drowess watches from nearby, eyes taking in the figure, and leans on the wall to speak, her sweet, rich voice -almost- hiding that edge of ice... "When you are done, we should speak..." |

Hearing the mans voice call out, the Captain of the Living Guard returns to his office. Upon closing the door he removes his helm and speaks just above a whisper. "You know my thoughts on this individual, be it at your decision whether you allow him back amongst the populace..." |

*Glances to the young drowess for a moment with a smirk revealing a mouth full of pointed teeth, taking in the figure before his gaze slowly drifts back towards the sky as he silently awaits a responce* |

A small tiefling woman with a crazy mop of red curls looks up from the little mounds of sand she was playing with at the moment, and then scurries off to tell Ian. |

Upon getting the message from Eithne, Ian would head off to tell the captain his opinion on the matter. "We shouldn't keep up a ban on him, even if he is in the church. It's Octavia that's the #¤%# here.. not all of them, and especially not Draco." |

A familiar looking green and black clad wizard, having returned from his travels but keeping himself to himself, hears the comotion and goes to have a peek. Upon seeing what's going on he grumbles to himself about something then walks back into the tower, anyone close enough would have heard him say; "It would seem that Tarkuul is in need of a councilor or speaker still, there's too much indecision here at the moment" After he returns to the tower he pens a short letter to the city to be dictated to the voice by a shadow mage. |

The young Drowess follows Cerestan; a glint of something dark, and possibly dangerous, in violet eyes... |

Draco is for now denied entry. He has it explained to him by a Shadow Mage that his previous Imperceptor made absolutely no attempt to right the wrongs that his associates committed within the City. Unfortunately, this still weighs heavily upon him, and even though he claims they are no longer his associates, the onus is on him to procure a way to do penance for his deeds before he will be individually allowed within the city. |

* Watching Draco as he stood at the gates, a rather plain looking woman confidently strides across the courtyard towards him. Keeping her eyes low until she is directly in front of him, she lifts her head peering deeply into her eyes and offering a dainty hand palm up and open* |

*Ðraco again approaches the gates of Tarkuul with the with head of a human male, anyone recognizing him would know him as Kerberos a Banite cleric. Dangling from his hair Ðraco lifts the head up to the sky with a sadistic grin, looking to the sky as he speaks* "I bring with me proof that I have left the church of Bane, no longer one of those faithful to him, no longer having any affiliation with the church on this isle. . whatever is left of it. The Church has all but been destroyed, its leaders scattered to the winds. I would have brought the head of a cleric more worthy of tribute such as Octavia herself but there are non to be found. This should serve as enough proof that I follow there ways no longer and I shouldn't have to prove myself in any other way. Over my time here my worth has been proven with the knowledge I donated through the lectures held and assisted in, through the written works donated to your libraries, and the undead I've donated and shall continue to donate. I have the utmost respect for your laws and have no wish to break any laws while within your city, I only wish access that I may continue my studies within your walls where I can continue to donate knowledge I've attained" *Leaving his hand suspended in the air he drops the dismembered head to the ground, slowly bringing his arm back to his side as he awaits an answer* |

Draco has it explained to him once again that his previous contributions mean little in the scope of the current request, the head offered is none of the ones who committed a grievance with the city, and murdering random Banites is not doing penance or proving his worth to the Living City. Draco is once again asked to prove his usefulness to the Living City going forward and to cease using the past as an excuse, as his past had already been considered when he and his associates were removed from the premises. He is required to perform some act, bring forth some trinket, bequeath some knowledge or in any way shape or form prove that he deserves the privilege of walking on the Living City's sands once again. The Living City is minorly rebuffed at the fact that Draco declares he "Shouldn't" have to do anything: He is an ant-mortal spekaking to an entity that has existed for thousands of years, and the idea that Draco gets to demand what the Living City should or shouldn't do is a laughable idea, at best. Draco is escorted to the portal and told not to return until he has devised some way to prove his worth and usefulness to the Living City. If asked, if offers no ideas: "You are an intelligent fiend-thing, Draco. The Living City is sure you will have no issues proving your usefulness, if usefulness you truly do have. The Living City is not swayed by heads tossed at its doorstep..." |

*He shakes his head looking to the Shadow Mage* "I've donated valuable information since my banishment already, all the works I've done in improving upon the latest ritual I performed, or are such things not taken into account, knowledge is not given, it is taken" *without another word he leaves the city without a fuss* |

//You've donated absolutely nothing, because I was never told, and Draco would not be allowed inside, making donation of anything without going through me explicitly quite impossible. |

// apologize i posted via phone in-between a lecture or something i was in a rush, anyhow. What i was saying is that the research that valkin and draco worked on, copy's of such were kept in his study and in the library of his facility in the mountain. draco had access to both various times. Sorry for not making note of that to you or anywhere, "if i didn't, i thought i may have but have not had time to search my post". |

*little dose draco know that his donations were kept within valkins private works and in his study thus the primary library would not have had said information at ease of hand* |
