A new arrival stumbles through the portal accompanied by a mouthy eyeball companion. The pair stand beside the local undead populace taking in the sights and sounds of the Risen City. The man is garbed in a bulky robe that covers his gaunt body in it's entirety, bar his hands. The hands themselves seem to be of the darkest black, as if absorbing light.

He doesn't move to enter any of the buildings just yet, and seems mostly content to mill around the undead talking quietly with his familiar.

Watching from aside, Irae'arra pauses on her way to her father's quarters, perking a snowy brow at the pair.

Occasionally the arrivals will see a dark-skinned woman walking across the sandy surface of Tarkuul's exterior. If they were to head inside the castle, she would also be seen in the library and residential quarter. She's often seen in revealing clothes of various styles, and she always has an eerie sense of calm about her. The woman's face is emotionless, and she is silent for the most part.

... Her familiar, an imp, seems to take great delight in making obsene gestures at the eyeball. It'll also break into a fit of cackles for no reason whatsover before being silenced in a series of twitches once the woman looks in its direction.

This same duo can be found patrolling the city, as it appears the woman is a part of the Protectorate.

A woman wearing the unfirorm of leitennant of the pretetacte, her figure small, while her arms are long, her chin is visable, the skin is green.

A small figure accomapnied by a skull of a eyeball, walks though the streets, she dosnt bother the man unless botherd.

The man mostly shies away from the living, but the eyeball seems quite content to exchange insults with the mephit. After a few hours of milling around the skeletons and attempting to avoid notice he makes his way to the entrance of the city before rolling out a mat which he then rests on, in sight of the gate guards. The eyeball seems quite content to hover, closing it's central eye while the eyestalks survey the surroundings.

*Rose on one of her many walks between the castle and tower notices the individual giving a knightly nod filled with schooled grace even a brief nod to the eyeball, recognising it's sentience. She pauses, the glowing red slits of her enchanted helm reveal nothing as they remain eerily stationary, affixed on this newcomer or his pet eye, it's really hard to tell. Either one might find it strange the way she conducts herself at times and how it clashes with the armor she stands in*

A hooded, slim yet toned figure can be seen standing at the edge of the City, gazing about, sometimes locking his gaze upon the newcomer. After a scrutinizing gaze, the hooded man walks, quite swiftly, off.

A large figure clad in armour of bleached bone wearing recognizable colours of the Living guard notices the new figure on one of his many sweeps of the City. Offering a polite and stiff nod he continues on in haste with his duties.

* A skeletal psudodragon watches this new commoner from the shadow, for now it remains just out of site however a keen eye would notice the movement in the shadow of a building or just beneath the sands*

*dwells on the individual for some time, glances at the guards then back with a brief nod. A heelturn and the whip of her cloak later, the figure, with the gate of someone having a command, walks into the tower*
