The silent black-clad figure has taken up ghosting around the City, keeping near Aly'isgar when and if she visits, but normally sits right square in the Castle interior, a pile of books around her. Most seem to be about the history of the isle in general, Cordor and Tarkuul itself specifically. As always, she keeps to herself, and out of the shadows.
She seems to be talking to the city, mostly in her native Kozakuran tongue, rambling mutters as though it's a person, and not wood and stone, sat beside her. To any that can understand, she seems to be questioning calculatuions, or discussing the undead, or muttering about things long past. Despite it being removed from her usually fairly calm behaviour, she doesn't seem angry or hostile.

Worried, or thoughtful, perhaps. Her eyes remain watchful, and she reveries rather than sleeping.

A man clad in armour of bleached bone watches her quietly, curiously. Not understanding her native tongue he takes to noting what pronunciation he would here. After which he would move off to his office and lock himself inside as usual.

As he stops to /listen/, he might notice some drow creeping in between the Kozakuran words. Not much, a word here, a word there.

His watching is met by a steady gaze of green eyes belying just a hint of the red ki spark deep inside.

The piles of books grow and swap, but most common now, Katsumi seems to be studying up on the city, and Netherese magic, what little can be found of it. She withdraws even further, not even muttering to the City anymore, moving only to switch books, or, occasionally, eat.

Notes the drow tongue used and meets her watchful gaze with pale lilac eyes. Offering her no more than a brief nod he moves to his office, curiously noting her actions and consulting a tome on drow translation.

It appears most of what she used were mild, common curses. Nothing intricate, nothing uncommon.

As for the reading, a notebook has appeared, with a charcoal pencil. Slowly, but surely, it's filling with notes, thoughts, ideas, impressions.

"The times change, don't they? Much passes, much happens..."

Her voice is a husky purr, as she sits on a particular cliff she once spent much time on. Her shadow simply gazes at her, and makes no answer. She looks out over the sea, wondering. Wondering as she had so long ago, if the City could see into her very thoughts...where those who had called the City home had gone...if in fact the city, and the Voice within, were about to be made into a weapon the likes of which Amia hadn't even dreamt of....
