The following notice would be written in under-common.

We, "The Alliance Council", seek to promote the formation of trade alliances within the city of L'obsul.

We invite all drow, orog, duergar, svirfneblin, kobold, goblin, or any other industrious resident of the city of L'obsul to join us during the 'market cycle'.

Our organization was founded, in part, to act as a body where clans, merchant houses, factions, and independents may gather to form alliances of necessity based upon trade and commerce.

We are currently seeking to trade with Artisans, Resource Gathers, Merchants, and anyone with goods and services they wish to barter.

The next 'Market Cycle' is scheduled 3 cycles from the posting of this notice. Henceforth, 'Market Cycles' shall take place every 7 cycles within the Hall of Negotiations. Merchants are encouraged to set up shop in the bazaar.

Come show your face express your questions let us make L'Obsul a bustling hub. everyone should want to come to the jewel of the deep to buy whatever they are looking for.
