*Upon a sheet of vellum the following is posted at the crystal node, dock, and the taller of the three buildings where the altar is, much in the same fashion of the list of those banned and Temple Edicts.* Noble Que'llaren: Recognized with a seat on the council. Must remain active. Must meet Faction requirements. Ust Qu'ellar d'Nec'perya: [First House] Vil'rath Ust'Ilharess d'Nec'perya: Tagnik'zur d'Vilrath House Colors: Obsidian/Twilight Drada Que'llar d'Nec'perya: [Second House] Llarnbuss Que'llar d'Nec'perya: [Third House] Unrecognized, no seat on the council. No Activity restrictions. No Faction requirements to meet. Alean'und Ilharess: G'eld'ardul Alean'und Colors: Orange/Green Council: Council Meetings will be the first Friday of every Month at 20:00 EST [00:00 GMT], regardless of attendance. Council Chair: ~Ul'ath'tallar Zrae'a'stra'fryn Noble Que'llaren: ~Ust'Ilharess Tagnik'Zur d'Vilrath ~Drada'Ilharess ~Llarnbuss No one but the Council Members will be allowed to attend Council meetings with the exception of the Lord Commander of the Vanguard; he will be called regularly to keep the Council informed of Vanguard actions and receive any changes in Orders. |

Guidelines for creating a Viable House in the Underdark: - Qualified Matron - Must have achieved the rank of Yathrin (or equivalent) in the temple before applying to the council for recognition as a house, though still must have 17+ cleric levels planned for the completed build - minimum 6 active members. (Logs on to Faction character at least 2x a week, leaving the OOC Lobby and going in Game for a reasonable amount of time OR Participates in events with Faction Character) - Active members can't be alternate Drow characters in the same house, only one character per player counts towards number of active players. - Server Rules: Only one character per player in a faction. - If you have a member in a Noble House, you can't have another Character in another House. Ada'vrae Ussen d'Vhid is hereby stripped of her rank as Ilharess in Nec'perya and forbidden to come to the island except to submit to her punishment. Ussen d'Vhid is removed from noble Que'llar status. She has until the 30th of Flamerule as the last of Narbondel's flames ascend the pillar to turn herself in for the punishment she has incurred for open defiance of a Yath'allar. Should she naut submit to the punishment, she will be banned from Nec'perya according to the city's laws and Ussen d'Vhid will be permanently disbanded with the same conditions as Tinnerai now enjoys in the Underdark, namely Nec'perya. *affixed are the signets of the Ust'Ilharess and Ul'ath'tallar*
