The letter is scribed in both the Undercommon and common tongues and posted amongst the riff raff of the busy notice boards of the two settlements. "Greetings my fellow citizens of the Dark, I am seeking education from practitioners of a highly specialised sect of transmutation, that of the ability to alter and fabricate personas and physical forms. Some of you may know this as either 'shifting' or 'doppleganging.' If you wish to pass on such knowledge, I can be contacted via the Trade House in L'Obsul or the Bar in Underport.
