All those involved need to find a time that is good for the coalition of houses and UdV. Ainjyll or I or both of us should also likely be there to watch over it.
I don't know what times Ainjyll is usually free, but here is a schedule of my free time for the coming week (tonight through next Thursday):
Thursday (today): 6:30pm-8:30ish pm Central
Friday: Taken
Saturday: 12pm-4pm Central
Sunday: Free all day
Monday: 6:30pm-9pm Central
Tuesday: 6:30pm-1am Central
Wednesday: 6:30pm-1am Central
Thursday: 6:30pm-8:30ish pm Central

Sunday I'm free after 3pm EST.
Monday and Tuesday I'm free all day.
This saturday is no good, I have an 18 hour shift.
Wed-Friday I'm good 8am-1:30pm EST, or 11pm-2am EST.

Seeing how these things usually happen when my country is sleeping, I'd prefer this sunday since I've got the monday off. However, I'll go with what fits for most and hopefully I can be there then.
