Let it be witnessed upon this day that Velthura, il'haress of Ussen d'Vhid, is hereby charged with Heresy of the highest order and Treason against our City and our Dread Queen, she from whom our very existance flows. She is ORDERED to surrender herself to the Ul'ath'tallar Nizzre'tyne for judgement.

The charges are as follows:
1. Ilharess & Ul’ath’tallar Velthura did attack and fail to assassinate Ust’Ilharess Nizzre’tyne Tinnerai. Witnessed by Ul’faeruk Krrja & E’spdon d’Zigheninkyorl Zar’afay.

2. Ilharess Velthura harbored a known heretic, Taer’fein as confessed to then Yathrin Nizzre’tyne by Velthura.

3. When Velthura was Ul’ath’tallar she refused to allow our Queens worshipers into the Temple and posted her own guard there to keep worshipers out.

4. During her time as Ul’ath’tallar no official tests for rank were given and no sacrifices were performed by Velthura. (To give you a reference, since I have taken over in service to our Queens temple there have been 5 Yath’abban tests successfully completed, 6 Yathrin tests successfully completed and 1 Yath’tallar test successfully completed. I have provided the sacrifice of a heretic priestess during my Test of Doubt and 2 Yathrin have completed their first official sacrifices witnessed by myself.)

5. No member of Ussen d’Vhid is currently in service to Edonil. As reference, Qos’Yutsu even unranked has members ranked in the Sorcere already.

6. Ilharess Velthura did simply give the position of Ust’Ilharess and First House away to a rival house.

7. As witnessed by Ul'ath'tallar Nizzre'tyne, she did threaten the Ust'il'haress May'ryna Tinnerai, whom is in the Queen's favour and has committed no ill.

In light of these charges, any of Ussen d'Vhid who seek shelter with Tinnerai or Vandree will face lesser charges. We are not blind to the loyalty compelled by one's il'haress.
Let it go on record that any who shelter, aid, abet, or provide succor to Velthura will face death on the Queen's altar as heretics as well!

Reads the Declarations, slowly and with no emotions showing. Then, after a long thoughtfull pause, walks slowly away. Idly brushing some fluff from her forearm.

The Ul'faeruk stands in front of the notice for some time reading and rubbing his chin. After a few moments the rubbing moves to his temples.

With a slight sigh, "New orders today... Servants are authorized to hide for the rest of the cycle."

Earlier, Ul'ath'tallar Nizzre'tyne was seen at the portal crystal speaking of gathering a sacrifice for Lolth to gain favor for the upcoming Temple activity. Joined by Zeketh'ryn, Xa'Chena, Solaviir and Yath'abban Jhal'vyrae they portaled out and returned triumphant with not one heretic priestess from the rebel drow but two. Ul'ath'tallar Nizzre'tyne offered to allow the Yath'abban not only the capture but the sacrifice itself. The second priestess was captured by the bold team of Solaviir and Xa'chena.

The group made their way to the Temple.

It is likely that the gossip says that non other than Velthura herself was seen entering the Temple not long after.

It was several hours later that Nizzre'tyne emerged from the Temple. She wore her newly dyed indigo and bone Yath'tallar armor. The clean and shiny armor contrasted with the blood splatter that decorated her hair and face. A face that was set with a different look not usually seen on Nizzre'tyne, anger.

A few words to a shadowy figure as she stood on the stairs to the Temple and she portaled out carrying a bag.

"...they might pay for her... poisoned...children..." were some of the words left echoing in her absence.
