I think it's odd that you can easily fail to create anything when you're a journey man or any level of that really. It makes seance if it's NOT your job and you're trying to do it but even novices. How realistically are you going to ware that much material to make nothing?

I think it should be checking for chance of failure rather than success and rank + roll should be more to help determine what quality the items made are.

Let's be honest the jobsyetm items aren't really that good even the weapons Armour and shields aren't and it just seems very Frustrating when it's actually your job to make something and you keep failing the roles when you have 90% or less or some such.

Beginner

5% chance to be master work
10% Excellent
15% Very good / great
25% Good
40% Poor
5% Failure

Apprentice

10% chance to be master work
20% Excellent
40% Very good / Great
20% Good
5% Poor
5% Failure

Master
20% chance to be master work
40% Excellent
20% Very good
10% Good
5% Poor
5% Failure

The job system is under review for an overhaul in EE anyways. We'll cross that bridge when we get to it.
