I've noticed that there's three temples in Nesek, yet not one NPC offers healing services, nor in Wiltun.

If I'm not mistaken, the cleric outside the temple of Lathander in Nesek used to offer them, but no longer? Maybe there's an IC reason for this, but I'm not aware of it. My character Dug can't read, so he can't use scrolls, and even if he could read, his Class doesn't allow for Remove Curse scrolls, so there's nowhere on B to have the effect removed, that I'm aware of.

I'll note this in the Dev chat if someones interested there. There use to be a Healer in the opposite of Ne'sek but they moved with all the other people when the new town opened up.
As someone mentioned there's also Roland + the script (obviously) still exists on the server to make new ones.

There is the woman that offers healing services... Its on the town where azizi currently is... Cant remember the name right now

Djedet. South of Nes'ek, take the tour guide south by the minos south again, then the rafter across the river.

That said, Nes'ek sort of could use a healer, yeah.
