While this sounds like a good idea it still hinders those who can't get into Cordor since all the lamps now pass through Cordor to get elsewhere with the Lamps. There are 2 burly guards in the room... imagine my characters surprise!
While we're talking about getting around on rafts, with the absence of Underport it's made it tougher to get around with those races that prefer to travel via tunnels. My drow used to be able to travel to most places via tunnels on Amia A. Please, please, please don't take out anymore underground roads.
