*The following notice has been dispersed from the offices of the Cordorian Republic Division of Law into the city and the surrounding areas.*

"All citizens of Cordor, this notice is to inform you to be alert and aware of a Drow threat within the boundaries of our city. What began as a routine request for a Drow to produce a signet ring ended as a bloodbath in the Northern Outskirts. Five respected members of the Cordorian guard lost their lives attempting to remove the Drow male from the jurisdiction of our lands. He was seen in the company of child, aged no more than nine years, and a young woman in her mid to late teen years. Their identities are not being released in an effort to ensure their safety. The suspect has reportedly fraternized with these children for some time, making efforts to win their trust and sway them to his malicious agenda. The corruption of innocent citizens will not be tolerated.

Through the diligent efforts of our investigative team, the identity of the Drow male has been confirmed. The suspect answers to the name Zanitouss, a Drow male of average height (5'05) who resides in the city of Underport. He may also have taken up Residence in The Long and the Short Inn. He is described as attractive for his race, with long white hair held in place by a horn-like clip. He has been magically bound to a tablet of Cordor Law, and may seek to break the enchantment.

All citizens are advised to consider this male a deadly threat. Any adventurers who wish to aid in the capture of Zanitouss are encouraged to do so while using extreme caution. This Drow will be made to pay for his crimes by any means necessary, including the application of lethal force. Any individual who can bring the suspect into the hands of the Cordorian guard will be adequately rewarded. May the people see justice delivered for the foul murders committed."
