Cordor's population is in an -uproar- after a supposed murder of two innocent people, a hin and a human, by -cordorian guard- personell!
The details are limitless, and is shared by numerous witnesses who claims to have seen it all with their own eyes! A guard, known as Sandalson allegedly jailed a hin for selling equipment in Cordor, claiming it was stolen.
The Guard claims that the hin was resisting arrest, and that he'd murdered numerous people, but all at the scene of the initial incident claim that not only did he not kill anyone; he also did not struggle, beyond letting loose terms best left for the brewery.
Then, a man approached the guard and the hin, and stated that he be released, using threats... Of course, this was dealt with, and the man handled as proper. But what did this "Guard" do afterwards? He SLAUGHTERED the Hin, who was not involved in the slightest.
Another man stated what was wanted, merely acting as a paid voice for the south. This man, claimed that a trade had to be made, else some things could occur. The Guards on scene - not limited to the Cordorian Guard -CAPTAIN- Gillaria Avares - had no issue with allowing an Illthari to threaten him with torture, in addition to having the man slain by their own action after not getting what they had wanted.
What followed, was some "Unsavoury Characters" making threats. They wanted to avenge their friend, and made a deal. They get their little thief back, who hadn't broken a single law, and they'll have the traps disarmed.
Of course, the guard had no hesitation to simply draw arms and attempt to kill all of these people. Which, they did, killing fourteen people.
As a result, the traps finally triggered thanks to the reckless misconduct of Cordorian Soldiers. Fifteen dead troops, and eight people in cells, killed by a shockwave of energy.
But truly, who's the one at fault here? The trappers who wanted to save their friend, or the Cordorian Guard, who felt the need to jail innocent people, and kill them "In the Line of Duty"?
The Cordorian Guard remains tight lipped, not speaking a word about the rumours, as they await a response from someone higher up.

*Metalien hears of this as he boards his boat home to Ennethe*
"I'm so glad I'm out of this loony bin of a city, so Sandalson, not so great now are you ?" He thinks to himself.
*Looking over his shoulder one last time at the City he had called home for nearly 20 years one last thought of his friends and those he loved and loathed crossed his mind*
"I hope you'll all be safe from these animals that call themselves guards" Shaking his head and frowning deeply he departs for a new life back home with his family and friends.

*Hunar arrives with a boat from Brog his bags full of mead and hears the dockmen discussing about the latest rumours. He almost drops his bag full of precious cargo, but fortunately catches it in time when the dockmen glare at him for a moment and begin talking about the recent events with each other.*
"Bloody hell... Glad I was over at Brog. Though that may not mean a crap to these people if they now hate the guard fatanically..."

Jackara sits fishing off the dock, a disquise utterly useless with his massive size, and listens to the rumors.
Notes them to himself for His Matron to hear, and polishes his wooden, poorly-carved "Depootee" Badge.

The changeling's ears perk up at the rumours but then turns back to his precious, precious ale.
'I always said the cordor guard were a corrupt breed; I wonder what would be said if they were to be massacred unprovoked'
He smirks under the black hair that covered his grey complection and then tilts his head back to drain the last of the ale.
