As Morshkul exits his tent and begins to prepare his gear and mining equipment for a foray into the mountains in search for ore, He is approached by a stranger who soon becomes a new recruit into the logging companies gaurd. He gets signed up and receives his bag of gold, and then Morshkul issues him an order to make his first patrol. Morshkul then leaves to search for and gather ore. //screeny of the new recruit Zy'kritch Ka'Idyrtis and Morshkul

After the brief word that Belalad traded with him, his order still stands that Artum has no control of the Cordor Guard, period. "I read the letter myself and it holds you to no power, over the guard period. Continue to claim such I will have you charged."
*Any further claims, or any guards that take his orders and follows them will be court-marshaled and heavily punished.*

Artum sighs and then moves to the guards of the Logging Company, reissuing his kill on sight order.
He will then send his report to the Speaker via special courier through a portal he opens.

The Captain, on one of her trips (where she seems to miss Artum frequently, unfortunately), she hears a bit about the arguments of power, and dismisses and restricts the Kill on Sight order for the immediate. While she doesn't stay all day, she does leave a letter for Artum saying that they need to arrange an actual time to speak outside of letters. Belalad also receives a letter in the mail, requesting that he comes to discuss these issues as well.
((I can be available this evening to meet both of you for RP. Tell me on MSN or in a PM, and I'll take a break to get on. <3))

His normal cheerful self is visibly haggard now but, he writes a note back to the Captain stating he will be where she wishes in the evening. He will then go back to his ledgers, speaking with Mayor Gustov and tending the people that are in Guldorand, be they Cordorian or Guldorandian. (or whatever) //I should be on after 8pm Central US time.

Min and Morshkul enter Guldorand via portal and walk towards their tent. Morshkul has a huge sack thrown across his shoulders. He plops it down and sets up a second tent around the sack. Not long after he finishes this and stands next o Min in exchange of a few words, does Kehurin the banite mage enter Guldorand with a few of his fellows in tow. They are all similarly warded with magics and so Min and Morshkul seeing them, quickly quafs mind protection potions. Kehurin orders them to stop warding themselves as he has no plans of attack. He then ask their business in Guldorand, to which Morshkul gives him the honest answer of him working for the logging company to aid in the rebuilding of the town, he also ask if there were any Triadic Knights present, and Morshkul told him no. He then responded to the statement about rebuilding, by saying in a surprised manner "rebuild? but what if i were too..." They then left at the request of one of his companions complaining of the cold weather. With the exeption of Idris who stayed to share polite words with them both, having known them from before. After they all finally left, Min and Morsh share in a whispered intimate conversasion before portalling off somewhere unknown.

Artum recieved the report from his Commander with a frown.
"So it is confirmed by their own admission then they did this to the town or at least claim to have done so?"
He will have a meeting with his division heads, handing sealed orders to each and then write several more letters to Captain Neveah, Speaker Maximillian and a few others including the Knights giving them warning despite the fact he fully believes they already know the Banites are hunting them.

Trip walks hastfully in circles just outside of Cordor.
"They do not wish my services..." He sais, bile in his throat and fists clenched.
"They mock me with their arrogance. I... offered my skills and they throw it away like a worn out garment."
Veins pulsating and muscles twitching, he begins to shadowbox in place. "My skills are.. beyond what they desire. It should be.. an honor to have me at their side."
Trip stops his mouth open in realization. "They.. mock me. They insult! I should... I should dismiss them from this world I should..
He stops, looking around to make sure no one is listening. "Kill them..."
Trip takes a long inhale. Relaxed now; a horrendous look in his eyes, "There is... murder in the air. I... can... taste it!"

Artum moved among the refugees and survivors of Guldorand, giving encouraging words and continuing to minister and heal them. He made sure they had plenty of fresh water and food, often handing out a handful of coins so they could buy small things for themselves be they in Cordor, Bendir Dale or Kohlingen.
He had heard of an engagement between the Banites and the Knights near the shattered town and hoped his report of their activity had helped the Knights even if it was just a little.
A disease was spreading on the island now. Some spoke that it had come from the Triumvir while others said it was the Blight come to Amia from Cairgh finally. Regardless, Artum quieted their fears telling them that there were treatments for it he was sure and even his own prayers could quite possibly tend it.
He often had a lovely woman following him these days, Deshura. She was kind, helpful to others and was a powerful spellcaster in her own right. She would bring sweets for the children they saw and each time, Artum could be seen to watch her with a little sadness coming to his face. When asked about it, he would put on a smile, shake his head and give an excuse about the many troubles he saw everyday getting to him.
He still directs his guards to do their patrols and can be seen one day, near Wiltun Fort, speaking to Trip. Trip seems upset but, after a talk, and a promise to look into matters, they part and Deshura and Artum take a young farmboy turned adventure to Guldorand showing him what can happen.
The young man is fresh, green. His armor doesn't fit well and he has but a pointed stick he optimistically calls a spear. He had been badly wounded by goblins and Artum had healed him then, the trio did a short patrol. Artum presented a few treasures to him, bought him a masterwork battleaxe, full plate and tower shield along with some healing supplies and enough gold to get some flame scrolls for his new battle axe.
More and more, he was frustrated with the politics surrounding Guldorand but, he admitted to himself, he knew what was going to come when he applied to head up the efforts to rebuild the town. Its lumber reserves were too valuable to ignore and the powers that be on the island certainly were making that clear.

The snow continually fell in the ruins, blanketing the area with a white covering. Captain Neveah, Commander Morshkul, Deshura, Idris and himself stood in the camp talking.
The Banites were growing stronger and laying claim to this land. Time was slipping away from them to help the people of Guldorand and action needed to be taken soon.
No word had come back from the Speaker to him, the last letter was quite clear on many things to him but, not clear to others it seemed. Yet no clarification had come but, Artum understood why now.
The city was abuzz earlier as the Speaker returned from Winya in triumph. Obviously, there were other more pressing matters to attend to then his small little problems. He had been picked, after all, to handle it.
He discussed things with the Captain and until told with direct orders, the Adventure Guard would not follow his directions nor did they feel he had authority in this matter to command a kill on sight order or any of the guards. He had accepted this simply because there were more pressing matters and once the Speaker found the time to clarify who the final authority over the Cordorian guards was in Guldorand, he knew that would settle things on that account.
He had spoken to Lady Pale and Sir Jerand, who both had given donations to him for the rebuilding effort. Lady Pale had given a quarter of a million gold of her personal funds and Sir Jerand had shocked him with the size of his gift. Artum had never seen such a sum in his entire life, it being more then he figured most kingdoms could raise in a year or ten years. He had commited to Jerand that ever copper would be accounted for and put toward the rebuilding efforts.
Others came to their camp while they all discussed the events of the recent days too. In the end, Artum talked to Captain Neveah and he understood that she agreed with his feelings, that the only way to avoid a war and much additional suffering was his plan.
He felt she would bring it to the Speaker as she knew him better then he did and one or both of them would present it to Grandmaster Yaston and hope he too would see the wisdom of it and that while it was not what any one group wanted, it was the best option open to them for, it would at least satisfy the majority of the fears each had. More or less restoring what was the balance before save one very important difference.
The town would be heavily fortified, guards would be put in place trained by both Cordor and the Knights as quickly as possible and the people would indeed have their safety, security and prosperity at long last.
As Artum returned to Corder, tired, haggard, and very much seeking rest and relaxation, for the first time in days, he smiled.
The hope he had for a peaceful solution to the situation and one that all parties could live with seemed to finally be coming together and then, in a unified front, they would deal with the Banites.
EDIT: Minor changes to clarify this was Artum's understanding per request.

A certain graying-haired half-elf, looking rather quite weary, can be spotted up in Guldorand. He leaves an apology for his absence, having felt under the weather these past several days, but leaves reassurance that his sales have generated a healthy sum of coin and will continue to do so. Once all the headache inducing political issues are hammered out, he says, he will begin auctioning off contracts on building materials or other necessary resources - at the project leader's discretion.

A small group of officials from Cordor arrive at Guldorand and begin making inspections of the land, scribbling things down and looking hard at certain areas with stern faces before making several more scribbles. Not far behind them trail a small contingent of guards, nothing spectacular merely a measure of protection from the dangers of the road to Guldorand.
If anyone inquires as to their business there, they rudely state that they are on official Cordor business and are not to be disturbed and as an almost afterthought they add that if the person asking could find the man called Artum and let him know that they seek his presence it would be most appreciated.
To any members of the Cordor Guard, they are much more polite and respectful, however, there is no extra information forthcoming.
Towards the end of their first day, the guards go to set up a small camp for the officials as they go to find Gustav. For some time Gustav and the officials meet, though what's said is anyone's guess.
As morning finds Guldorand, the majority of the small contingent packs up and leaves. Only one man remains behind, continuing on with his note-taking until such a time as Artum shows up.

After all the above happens, Commander Morshkul and his lady Min en Dae are gaurding the area as ordered and a man comes in offering his services for 100 thousand coin a week. He claims to go by the name ole Blue and is apparently a mercenary as he openly admits to currently working for the Banites. after a short conversation, another man walks up and immediately starts hurling insults at Morshkul and Min. The Commander tries to play it cool, but everyone can see his anger growing . Ole Blue and this man seem to know one another. The newly arrived man tells Morsh that it is their camp and that they own Guldorand. He orders them to leave. Morshkul stares at him until the man says "last warning" Then Morshkul attacks. Min joins in shortly thereafter, but is cut down by an arrow from the mercenary. Morshkul having half way killed the man is all of a sudden turned into stone, and then hacked down after a while. The two then decide to make Morsh a slave, shackling his feet and taking his weapons. Min being dead, the mercenary takes and portals away with her. They awaken Morsh and order him to build a house. He replies "I am not a carpenter". The man then orders Morsh to pull some trees outa the ground. Morsh only half heartedly tries to do this. He then demands to know where his woman is. The man seeing Morsh is not going to cooperate as a slave offers him the opportunity to buy his freedom. Morsh agrees, paying the man for his freedom and arranging to pay for Min's freedom as well. The man exiles them both from Guldorand saying it belongs to them now. Morsh only guess is that he means the Banites. He is taken to the ruins of a dwarven stronghold in Frozenfar to fetch Min away. This seems to be maybe where one of their strongholds are. Afterward him and Min get cleaned up in the baths at the Temple of Love in Cordor, and Morsh sends a message to Artum about Guldorand being lost and that we need to get the Triadic Knights, Cordor, and whoever else to jointly march on the town and reclaim it imediately.

Artum reads the report, his face growing darker and darker, anger welling within him. "I knew it. By the Eight, I knew it. While politics were played, others moved. If we don't stop the damn bickering among ourselves we will lose Guldorand for good. I wonder if the leadership of the Knights, the good Captain and the rest would love that? Maybe now they might let my people actually guard the place they seem so reluctant to stay and keep the people safe in?" His companion comes over to him, running her long arms around him, holding him tenderly and whispering in his ear that he needs to calm himself. She is right of course, anger now will not accomplish anything. The town is not yet lost but, if something is not done soon, it will be. He turns, kisses her hands and stands, putting on his armor. She gives a pouting look to him but, he simply smiles, gives her a hug and tells her he must attend to this. "Forgive me, I would prefer to remain with you of course but, this is a matter that must be tended to immediately. It can not wait any longer." He kisses her lightly one last time and disappears into the streets of Cordor and beyond.

In Cordor, Artum is seen with so many letters and papers tucked into his satchel that a few odd comments about him causing the lack of lumber instead of Guldorand's razing can be heard amid dark chuckles.
His face is sullen and he once again looks very harried.
"Need to meet with the Grandmaster, the Captain, the Lieutenant, the Cordor representative while my own people are attacked and taking prisoner. For two weeks nobody wanted to talk to me or listen to me and now, I am more sought after then a strapping new farm boy on Lover's day in the Temple of Love or his equally new sister....or both."
He sighs and portals to Guldorand to meet with the Cordor Representative without even his new bodyguards.
Just as he enters the portal, a few around him can hear him say...
"Knights, Banites, Slavers, Cordor's own guards, Copper Industries paperwork issues or whatever else...until the Speaker relieves me of my assignment, the people of Guldorand will know I will do all I can to secure their future and the first thing is getting a damn stone wall built."

The Seneschal of the Triadic Knights Sir Justin Fairfax returns from one of the many errands or mercy to read the report of the new attack on Guldorand's protectors. He is sad for the suffering yet oddly thankful that those who commit evil on Amia lack the ability to be more than thugs.
"Lords of the Triad give us strength and go before us to scatter your enemies and aid your servants in destroying the Banites from not just the troubled village of Guldorand but all of Amia."
Justin looks briefly at the scroll curled up with the plans for the aqueduct. Sad he thinks that such must wait when it could aid in quenching the thirst of many.
He then reviews the rosters and activities of the Triadic Knights to see what resources are available given the many challenges they are confronting. Guldorand is a key piece in the supply of the needy of Khem.
Sir Justin sends a page to see if the Grandmaster is available to discuss current strategy given the resources available.

People would see Artum and Deshura in Kohlingen meeting with Mr. Eli at Mayfields.
A few would overhear their discussions of contracts, offers and counter offers as well as the fact Artum had made provision for the Knights and the Dale to help, should they wish to, in the reclamation and protection of Guldorand. The three meet long into the night though Lady Deshura leaves toward the end and takes a room.
At the first, the meeting is before the fireplace and open. At the last, Artum had moved it behind closed doors.
Whatever was said at the last is unclear but, Mr. Eli seemed pleased as did Artum when they left. Mr. Eli had quite a few notes as did Artum.
"The Aqueduct is an addition to the plans Mr. Eli. I will do my best on the offer also. We do need to get the wall up as quickly as possible as I stressed. I will be careful in my meeting too. I hope Malatril recovers fully, he is a kind man. I will tell Commander Morshkul of your kind thoughts of his and his wife's well being too. Much to be gone over."
Mr. Eli nodded and headed off while Artum heads upstairs to a room of his own and to see if Lady Deshura is still awake to bring her up to the current events.

Zelly, Ulrik, Artum, Deshura, Morshkul, Tempest, and Min are reported to have met in the snowy ruins. Sir Jerand is also reported to have come a bit after them as did Corporal Katina of the Cordorian Adventure Guard.
Most would know little about what was discussed when asked, obviously guessing various thing some wilder then others. A few however seem convinced it was some sort of high level negotiation and discussion about the town and rebuilding.
If asked, Artum will simply smile, nod and explain that the meeting went far better then he thought it would and he had hopes that negotiated terms could be made and accepted by all groups including the new land owner. He will continue to encourage the people saying he felt better about things then he had in days that soon, they would see their town being rebuilt.
Two adventurers would ask him about him meeting with the Banite leader and he would simply reply, "I'm willing to talk to anyone to try to get the town rebuilt without more violence. My own safety is secondary to this. We will see what he offers and if reasonable, I will convey it to the Commonwealth for their evaluation. I can not and will not speak for anyone other then the Commonwealth as I am highly doubtful the Knights would ever come to terms other then armed conflict with the Banites anymore then the Banties would to the Knights. That is for them to deal with in so long as they do their warring outside the lands of Guldorand."
Artum will retired to Cordor, meeting with his division heads and then spending some time with Lady Deshura going over his notes, sending Ms. Zelly a copy of the plans he has sent to Sir Justin and given to Mr. Eli now that he has left Copper Industries for Cordor, including Sir Justin's aqueduct.
As he looks at the plans, they are massive in scope and this undertaking will be huge. He knows it will take the combined efforts of all to complete it in any kind of short time given the best of circumstances.
With the various players all pulling and pushing for position, he thinks it may never come to pass at all. But, as he puts in his letters to various people, he is still cautiously optimistic that terms can be made that will satisfy most of the players in this venture.

Artum was seen talking with Mr. Eli, Sir Yaston and Talyne in Cordor square where Sir Yaston's words about Cordor seem to have stirred feelings in at least one man that were not favorable. As such, the fourth are seen to leave the city and go by boat to Kohlingen and to the Keep.
The meeting goes well into the night, in fact, the sun was rising when Artum leaves the keep tired, thoughtful and with a concerned look on his face.
Should any stop to talk to him however, he seem optimistic still about the topic of Guldorand but, offers little new information.
He will return to Cordor via boat, head to the apartment and begin going over paperwork, ledgers and letters, sending off various correspondence as needed.

*Following the late night conversation, Eli returned to Cordor as well, inquiring at the Inn as to wether or not a letter from the Bureau of the Census had arrived for him yet. Regardless of the answer, he then rented a room and turned in for the night.*

Once more an assassin had come seeking his death. Once more he survived though this time, the assassin had fled before they could be killed. The poisoned blade had found him, but his blessings and the potions of antidote he carried purged it quickly from his system and he had turned on his attacker. The assassin withstood the prayer twice but, was badly hurt and drank a potion of speed to escape him.
The meeting with the Banite leader never happened. No talks, no negotiations. He was informed that their leader felt he was being used and that the talks were simply a method to delay the attacks and buy time for those that wanted Guldorand rebuilt.
Artum wondered how he had learned of that. He had told only a few people, all high level in various factions. He made a list of all that new of his plan in order to narrow the source of the leak down.
After Malatril's attack, he was even more aware the Banites had spies in his company, in Cordor, in other people he dealt with.
Sir Yaston had made clear the fact the Knights would press forward with their plans no matter what. That they were willing to rally the island against Cordor if need be to secure Guldorand from becoming an outpost of Cordorian expansion. He also said he would prefer to avoid a war.
Artum writes to several people, informing of the third attack on himself and the current offers and situations. Then he retired to a secret and private place where he prays for many hours and seeking to cleanse himself in preparation for what will come.

Artum would go amongst the people as he had for these many days, still telling of the progress and offering food and other items. He will make sure the humanitarian aid is being used well and talk among the people of what they would like for housing or other things within their new town.
As he does this, he will talk to all the men and women between the ages of 14 and 50 singly or in small group, explaining that the town will need a new guard force in addition to any guards provided by Cordor or any other town on the island if for no other reason, then in case these other forces are called away the town won't be defenseless.
He will also begin to categorize people by skills and trades.
In Cordor and among the people that have come from Cordor, he will do the same.
Those found to be willing and able to handle becoming a guard, he will send to Commander Morshkul.
Those that seem to have an affinity for the divine, he will personally oversee.
Those that seem magically inclined would be sent to Deshura and Tempest.
Those that seem to have a woodland affinity he will ask Mr. Ghalen to speak with to see if they are Ranger or Druid material. If so, he will not it and ask him to begin their training in the basics and once done, he would personally oversee the druids while the ranger recruits would see the good Commander. He would ask Mr. Ghalen to work with whoever they went to in order to further their training.
Anyone else, he would try to find their best fit within the effort to rebuild the town. Be it skilled craftsman or general laborer. Even the children will be given small tasks like tending the chickens or pigs that are coming from Cordor, collecting eggs or learning to slaughter the pigs and prepare them right.
Sorting the supplies, properly storing them, being lookouts to call for the guards or help, it all needs to be done and he will spend most of this time organizing the entire community so that the people are not idle nor bored while the politics of the island play out. He wants to make everyone feel that they are contribution and that overall, things are finally moving forward.

Commander Morshkul and his gaurds can be seen starting to make regular patrols of the area once more.

A cowled figure can often be seen kneeling before the ruins with a candle next to him, uttering quiet prayers...
If approached or addressed, the figure quickly ceases his apparently ecclesiastic duties and faces his interruption with mild irritation.

*Eli simply watches those that come through Guldorand, speaking with the townsfolk and quietly counting and keeping tally of their number. Once done, he copies down what he is able to determine within a notebook.*

If approached or addressed, the figure quickly ceases his apparently ecclesiastic duties and faces his interruption with mild irritation. Artum will wait until the prayers are done before approaching and welcoming the man so as not to interrupt his devotions. "Well met. I am Citizen Artum Tauri of the Commonwealth and a fellow priest. Is there something I may help you with or do you come to tend the people of Guldorand as well?" He will also chat with Mr. Eli and Commander Morshkul as well. Asking Mr. Eli if he has joined the Census and what his numbers are and getting reports from the Commander.

The cowled, young man replies curtly, before walking out of Guldorand - only to return another time to pray anew.

When Morshkul is speaking with Artum he informs him of an unsavory man going by the name Avros or something like that, telling him the man had fair hair and red eyes and spoke of ruling Guldorand as king. Morshkul made sure he left Guldorand. He then wished to speak to Artum in private.

After speaking with Artum in private, Morshkul gathers what gaurdsmen are there and speaks with them shortly. Half of them begin to clear away the rubble slowly and moving it out of the way to make room for rebuilding. The other half are either just standing gaurd, or helping to pass out supplies to the townspeople, or teaching the able bodied how to fight. Morshkul himself is helping with the rubble cleanup until late and then retires to his tent for rest.

Interactions between the young, cowled male and resident logging company guardsmen have escalated into violence!...
The cowled man continues his regular visits to Guldorand despite the hostilities - he is always warded up to his teeth and will respond to any distraction with immediate hostility - obviously he has lost his patience due to some recent event. He leaves a small, sealed letter addressed to Artum Tauri. "Please remove yourself, your guardsmen and any such interlopers from the immediate vicinity of Guldorand. It is my duty to preserve this area from being tainted and I will do as I must, even if it meant clashing with your people. If you wish to discuss this, we will do so in person."
The letter is signed by Idris the Diviner.

*Eli would have simply watched any clashing from behind whatever debris he happened to be by as he continued his duty in counting and gathering names. After it had ended he would speak to any people who had witnessed the clashing.*
"Heh, anyone else behold the "peace" brought by Adventurers? It's my opinion that any rebuilding should help put a definitive end to scumbags starting a ruckus in what should be a peaceful place."

Having left Guldorand on a short patrol before heading to Cordor to meet with a client to do work on his sword, the last he left Idris was reletively peacefully praying. While in Cordor he ran into his second in command Zackeer and hired two more gaurds and sent them northward to Guldorand. He arose the next morning and left out of the Nomad to see one of his new hires stinking of spirits and being bellligerent. The man spoke of being attacked but would'nt say who, then the cowardly warrior promptly quit, handing back his gold, and Morshkul ripped up the contract while publically calling the man out for his cowardice. He then questioned the man about who his attacker and the man refused to answer. Morshkul continues to the arena to make his appointment with his client. After said appointment, Artum finds him and tells him of the note left by Idris. The two can be seen heading somewhere to speak in private.

Throughout the whole week, Zackeer can be seen standing around in either Cordor or moving by cart towards Bendir Dale with a deep, serious frown set on his face. His left hand always itching close to his battleaxe hanging from his belt and always seeming to scan others whomever crosses his eye sight, and quite obviously so; he'd continue with making potion and healing kit routes between these two locations, and when most likely there is no one else around that could be deemed as a threat in Guldorand he would be there standing guard as ever with only a small camp fire to keep himself warm in the harsh, cold climates.

The cowled male, now publicly identified as Idris is seen more frequently in Guldorand than ever. He will meet travelers friendly, when not in the middle of quiet prayers at the edge of Guldorand's remains and explain to them his spiritual task. He has calmed from before, his previously angry and tense demeanor gone, though he remains suspicious of visitors and will still deny any Cordorian mercenaries access to the husk of the town.
He has yet to meet with citizen Artum Tauri.

Artum will get reports and check his CCC box for replies and seeing none, will return to his organizing efforts in Cordor until he gets clarification from the Adventure Guard and others as to what their wish to see done.
Soon he will need to do something he knows but, he wants to give others a chance to participate in what will be an interesting meeting.
He will tell any and all Cordorian guards and people that he has hired that Idris has no authority whatsoever in this matter. That he is not to be spoken to impolitely nor is he to be removed but, should he make threatening actions, not word, but actions, then and only then is he to be taken alive, if possible, and brought to Cordor for questioning. He does not want this escalating any further but, he wants to know what can be done before moving forward any more as there is far to much uncertainty currently as to who can do what and such.

The darkly cowled man, known as Idris, would patrol around the husk of Guldorand on regular occasions. When and if his peerless pair of ocular receptors laid upon an interloper, he would politely inquire their reasons of being within the ruined settlement... Should a satisfactory, non-"rebuilding efforts" answer be given, Idris would leave the visitors in peace, bidding them a pleasant stay and apologizing for his questioning...
... If, however, one was working on behalf of Copper Industries or the Cordorians, he would politely ask them to vacate the premises immediately, until he'd have a chance to speak with citizen Artum Tauri.

The copper kin known as Zelly traveled through the ruined settlement of Guldorand, making notes in a notebook as she did. At the time, she didn't come across the man known as Idris, perhaps luckily. She stayed there for a few hours, making calculations and sketches, before leaving again.

Artum is sitting in the apartment in Cordor when a knock on the door brings him out of his contemplations.
No less then FIVE messengers are all at his door, each saying they have an 'urgent' message for him.
This causes him to pause, shake his head and hand each of them 100 gold, taking each message.
Cordor, Copper Industries, his own Commander, Winya and the Dwarven Citadel have all responded.
He looks around for two more, expecting one from Khem and the Knights to be there too but, there is no more.
He retired to his study, opening and reading each one and then sending out replies to each.
He then finds Deshura and tells her to be ready for a marathon of meetings which causes her face to twist in ways he had never seen in displeasure. She had gotten use to not having to attend them and now, seeing the SECOND ledger and notebook nearly full of papers and almost two weeks of correspondence, she doesn't know whether to resign her position or resign herself to being bored to tears.
All Artum can do is give her a rather dumb, boyish grin and a shrug of his shoulders saying,
"Well, you did have a nice vacation."
He does however manage to dodge the hand mirror, small statuette and a few other items before finally having a vase of flowers hit his shield he has rather wisely grabbed and hidden behind while he is laughing at her.

Morshkul moves back up to Guldorand setting up his tent and gets to work evacuating people in preperation for the threatened attack made yesterday before the meeting. He is pleased to see the increased presence of defenders coming to the place.

A brief visit of the area from the Scrivener of Djedet, Aoth looks around at the destruction, and asks about who or what may have done such a thing, if/after such information is acquired, he goes back into the caves, he is seen studying the portal for a moment taking notes of the runes upon the ground before entering through it, obviously concluding his business within the isle.
