Post subject:  Horde Plot - Rough Schedule
Hey, guys! I've had some people ask me about this, so I'm posting this here for your convenience and planning purposes!

I like to run a few events a week and the Horde Plot will be coming to a close by mid-November. Here's a broad idea of what to expect. The biggest events are going to be on the weekend dates, since more people are available for those.


Horde Plot Events

10/31 - Goblins Will Be Goblins
11/1 - Meeting by a Tree
11/2 - Kraken Hunting
11/3 - Stormshallow's Guest (This is where "The Tactician" comes to the Dale.)
11/7 - Half-Dragon Hunt
11/8 - Skirmish (Dale Area)
11/9 - Tracking Down The Illusionist
11/11 - Skirmish (Frontier Area)
11/13 - Planning for a Fight
11/17 - Finale - The King's Ascent


These are just the events I'll be running for sure. Players with their initiatives can still set up their own meetings and planning sessions, of course, and I'll do what I can to help support those. Other DMs will still be doing random bits with the Horde monsters here and there also.

(Specific times will be decided later, but will be announced beforehand on the Events Page and IC in most cases.)

As you can see in the Events Page, I've chosen Saturday, November 9th at 1pm EST/6pm GMT to run the Hunt for The Illusionist. This is going to be a big event and I have something special planned for everyone who can go. So if you can make it, go ahead and feel excited about it! There will be (theoretically) a good mix of story and combat, with some mechanics that are unique to the instance.

Okay. Stuff has changed IC, so I've had to redo this after figuring out how to move forward after certain actions took place. Haha! <3 you guys for making my job interesting. Truly. I love how plans change because you think outside the box and do things I don't plan for but totally should have.

Here's a [new] broad idea of what to expect.


Horde Plot Events

11/13 - Scouting Stuff (Awaiting Player Confirmation)
11/15 - Narik's Gambit (Around the Dale)
11/18 - Undetermined (Awaiting Player Feedback)
11/19 - Greentongues
11/24 - [Redacted] (Co-Hosted by Amarice)
12/7 - Finale, Part 1
12/14 - Finale, Part 2


Those associated with particular areas/factions will have more direct contact from me as we get closer.

Just posting a note here that this plot will be concluding in the next couple weeks, now that I'm back from my medical leave. I am okay now! And I'm eager to get things moving. I'll be doing The Illusionist's Lair event this Sunday, January 19th at 2pm EST/7pm GMT and the finale event will be on Sunday, January 26th at the same time. Just so you're aware!

For the IC planning, since it was my RL health that took me away, we can just say that the arrangements had been made before were still going ahead the same as had been planned, with speed of plot making this Sunday the day those plans fell on. That way no one is IC'ly blamed/feels responsible for any delays, and there won't be any repercussions for the delay! Silly RL being all real. See you in-game!
