My friend is having trouble connecting to Amia (the online site/player tool). Anyhow, he has trouble logging into amia player tool. It says his PC key and account is invalid.

PCkey and account entering should work properly, a slong as they're logged into te forums and not typoing anything. It's caps and symbol sensitive, so.
