just as the title reads... specific example... can a specialist wizard necromancer use potions of truestrike? |

Potions, yes, wands/scrolls, no, AFAIK. |

They can not use Scrolls or Wands. No. So if you have opposed school of Necromancy, you can never use Raise dead scrolls for example. |

Raise Dead is Conjuration on NwN. So only Abjuration, Evocation and Transmutation wizards can't use Raise Dead scrolls because they're all opposed by Conjuration. For reference; NwNWiki wrote: Abjuration - opposed by conjuration
