Hey, I've met quite a few players in game that know about this, but.... I'm just gonna put it out there in general discussion how awesome the Tuigan subrace is.
Ignore the stats for a second.
Tuigans are generally random. Lemme point you to a little Amian tidbit that gives Tuigan role-play a little extra freedom.
Quote:
In 1359-1360, Tuigan hordes united under the banner of Yamun Khahan and attacked Shoul Lung in the east and the border lands of Faerûn in the west. They were defeated on both fronts, but Tuigan immigrants still ive in the lands around Thay, Rashemen, Thesk, Narfell and Semphar.
I mean... if you are playing a Tuigan you are a from some random tribe with unkown or dead beliefs that immigrated to one of those VERY different places? wow... a lot of freedom there.
Now, let me show you something that REALLY makes Tuigans a great possibility of the home of the random and weird:
Quote:
Each tribe also has several lesser deities and spirits they worship. Beast cults, such as that of the horse, are common. Important locations like mountains and oases also have their own guardian spirits who must be revered.
Revering a spirit instead of a deity opens up a ridiculous amount of role-play possibilities, that I'm sure most of you here have thought about at one point or another, but just review this subrace again and think about all the freedoms that it could bring your role-play.
Like Random? Play Tuigan.
